It’s not really what they said it is, it’s not near where they said it is and we had to pay additional $80 in addition to Expedia payment. It was unexpected. The property is okay.

Gated appt very helpful and caring owner. Mr.Ting met me for a very late check in and even brought us breakfast the first day. This was an appt so it’s not like a hotel but the room was very spacious and was clean. would use again.

nice residential home inside the sbdivision

we have stay there for 3 night ,this place is inside espina village .walking distance to center of cebu.they fairly new in renting out there lower house.we have pleasant stay people were very helpful and nice. just ask if you needed anything they glad to help you out or direction .also they can call taxi or if you want tour they can guide you for rental close by. we are from california ,we will come stay here coz its family oriented. christmas soon thanks again
