About this property

Designer home in excellent location on quiet street, 450 meters to main street, 700 to beach or 6–8-minute walk.

New construction with high ceilings and an eclectic mixture of modern and rustic styles. It is secure and fully air-conditioned.

Large and completely private pool, next to a thatch-roofed slate rock terrace and gas barbecue grill.

The property is walled-in and consists of a two-bedroom, two bathroom, main house and two adjacent efficiency apartments with private bathrooms. An interior walkway connects the apartments to the main house and pool area.

The bedding situation is as follows:
Bedroom 1 : 1 King
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Living room: 1 Queen sofabed
Apartment 1: 1 Full (Double) and 2 Twins
Apartment 2: 1 Full (Double) and 3 Twins

The main house has two bedrooms that open to the pool terrace. The Master bedroom has a King and the bedroom next to it has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs, ensuite bathrooms and closet space with safe deposit box.

The living room in the main house has plenty of very comfortable couches and lounges around an entertainment area consisting of a 48 inch flatscreen HD smart TV, with home theater Bluetooth enabled sound equipment with Blu-ray/DVD player. Two children can sleep in the Queen sofa bed in the living room.

The main house full kitchen is large and well equipped with stove/oven, blender, rice cooker, large microwave, and refrigerator. It's separated from the living area by a finished-concrete breakfast counter with high chairs.

Each of the two apartments sleeps four people in one double bed and two twin beds. Each apartment has a 40-inch smart HD flatscreen smart TV, a small kitchen with fridge and microwave, ensuite bathroom, and safe deposit box.

Pricing quoted here is for the entire property. The full house base rate is for up to 9 persons (4+). Thereafter, an additional fee of $15 + VAT per person per night will be automatically added. The maximum occupancy is of 13 adults and 2 children under 18 years old. Children under 3 years old do not count and are not charged.

* Pets allowed: only dogs of quiet nature that do not shed hair. A $25 + VAT pet fee per stay per dog will be requested on arrival. This pet fee does not cover damages caused by pet. Dog must not swim in pool or climb beds or furniture. Owner must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste.

Wonderful stay

We ranged in age from 13 to 75-a family group of ten. This worked perfectly for us with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and rest when needed. The pool was so appreciated. Such a good size that we could all fit in! We are not used to hot weather so it was a much needed cool down each day. Thank you Gabriel. Cheers, Tricia and Jerry

Phenomenal Beach Home

I stayed at this property with my extended family (mom, siblings, etc.) over the week of Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time! The property was spotless, fully equipped with everything we could have needed, and close to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. All the trips / add-ons they recommended, including airport transfer and Catamaran tour, were excellent. Would definitely visit Costa Rica and this property again!

Un forgettable family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect home for our family reunion. It was a total of 13 of us and it was very accommodating and private for all my family members. I had great support from Gabriel, he was always on top of what we needed. We had a last minute change, pick up time for my family member changed and Gabriel still managed to make sure my family members still had someone who would pick them up. The location was amazing, walking distance from the beach, the Main Street in Jaco where all the restaurants and super market are. I would recommend this property and management company to anyone.
