Villa Jaco Sol is a collection of three charming houses (casitas or bungalows) rented as one private home on an 8,225 sq. ft. property, located in a residential area in Jaco just a 7-minute walk to the beach (600 meters), and a 9-minute walk to downtown (750 meters).

This vacation rental villa offers wireless internet throughout the property, dishwasher, ice maker and purified water dispenser, modern air conditioning (central and split units) and a grill.  Water is heated through solar panels, helping the environment.

The property has a fantastic pool area with a beautiful free-form pool with a natural rock waterfall, plenty of lounge chairs, a floor umbrella, and a large garden table with ten chairs under a beautiful metal canopy that provides shade.  The entrance to the pool has a seat and then is sloped towards the deep end, with a metal handlebar for support.

Next to the pool is a covered gazebo with bar and stools, equipped with a Weber gas grill (there is also a Weber 22 charcoal grill if you prefer it), a large cooler on wheels, a boombox, a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The Villa is setup as follows:

Casita 1 (main): Master bedroom (King bed), Second bedroom (Double bed), 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4 persons.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, a 40" flat screen TV with an internet-connected Blu-ray reader with streaming channels.  Has central air conditioning.  Casita 1 has parking space for 2 cars.

Casita #2 (next to pool): 1 bedroom (1 Double and 1 Twin beds), 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 persons.  Has 1 mini split air conditioning unit and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray reader, and a mini fridge. Casita 2 has parking space for 1 car.

Casita #3 (back garden): 1 bedroom (Double bed), 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 persons. Has 1 mini split air conditioning unit, a 32" flat screen TV with cable and an internet-connected Blu-ray reader with streaming channels, and a mini fridge.  Casita 3 is behind Casita 1 and is reached by walking through a winding palm garden.

The property is completely fenced in, and doors and windows have metal bars for additional security.  An ADT monitored alarm is there for your added peace of mind if you wish to use it.

Pricing quoted here is for the entire property. The full house base rate is for up to 8 persons. Thereafter, an additional fee of $15.75 + VAT per person per night will be automatically added.  Children under 3 years old are not charged this fee.

* Pets allowed: only one small to medium dog of quiet nature that does not shed hair.  A $26.25 + VAT pet fee per stay per dog will be requested, depending on length of stay. This pet fee does not cover damages caused by pet.  Dog must not swim in pool or climb beds or furniture.  Owner must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste.

Pricing quoted here is for the entire property. The full house base rate is for up to 8 adults (18+). Thereafter, an additional fee of $25 per adult per night plus tax and fee will be automatically added. Children are not charged this fee.
