About this property

The apartment is located in the heart of the ancient medieval town, in front of the Palazzo Vitelleschi where there is Etruscan Museum and 100 meters from the Duomo.
The apartment is composed by a main living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a wardrobe at floor level. On the upper level, there is a second double bed (180x120 cm. - perfect for 1 adult or 2 children).
There is also a little kitchen mainly suitable for breakfast and snacks.

Independent access from the street, access for disabilities.
If you come by car it can be parked in the main city Parking at the entrance of the town – Barriera San Giusto – 100 meters away.
Guest will be welcomed by me or by my representative in order to explain all details about the flat and the holiday time. A local referent will be always available on the cellular phone.

L'appartamento è situato nel cuore della città storica, di fronte a Palazzo Vitelleschi col suo Museo Etrusco e a 100 m. dal Duomo.
E' composto da un ampio locale principale ad uso giorno con letto matrimoniale ed una camera su due livelli con al piano superiore il letto matrimoniale (120x180 cm. - perfetto per un adulto o due bambini) e al piano inferiore il bagno ed il guardaroba.
E' dotato di climatizzazione autonoma (caldo/freddo).
E' presente anche un angolo cottura perfettamente idoneo ad uso colazione o rapidi snack.
L'appartamento, con accesso indipendente dall'esterno e totalmente autonomo, è idoneo all'accesso per disabili.
Dista appena 200 m. dal maggiore parcheggio della città, a ridosso della principale porta di accesso a Tarquinia (Barriera S. Giusto).
Gli ospiti saranno accolti al loro arrivo da me o da un mio dalegato ai quali saranno esposti tutti i dettagli per godere appieno dell'alloggio e della vacanza.
Per ogni necessità sarà presente in loco una persona raggiungibile al cellulare.

un encanto

La Cripta de los Etruscos es un lugar con muchisimo encanto, que goza de una posicion inmejorable al lado de los mas antiguos edificios de Tarquinia y del Museo Etrusco. Además, un comodo y barato aparcamiento esta al lado, como tambien tiendas, restaurantes, una heladeria fantastica y todo el centro del pueblo antiguo. El apartamento es en si mismo una esperiencia unica, por su diseño moderno y funcional que se adapta y aprovecha de un espacio antiguo y original. Estupendo como su diseñador y dueño, amable,atento y encantador. Muchas gracias, ha sido una esperiencia inolvidable

Un appartement original et confortable

La crypte des Étrusques a un charme fou et est parfaitement équipée pour passer un bon séjour. Idéale pour un voyage en amoureux, cette location peut également convenir à des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Nous y avons séjourné en juillet 2016 et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Située dans le joli village de Tarquinia, à deux pas d'une gelateria offrant de délicieuses glaces, l'emplacement nous a permis de visiter aussi Civitavecchia, Rome, Tivoli, Orbetello... Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Daniele, mais nous avons eu de nombreux contacts dans lesquels il s'est toujours montré sympathique et très disponible pour nous aider.

Soggiorno consigliato

Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il soggiorno a Tarquinia, la casa è piccola ma accogliente, pulita e ben arredata, l'ottima posizione nel centro storico permette di visitare la città sia a piedi che in bicicletta. A soli 100m si trova un grande parcheggio con posti auto sia a pagamento (3 euro giornaliero) sia gratuiti. Dista circa 5km da Tarquinia lido e dal mare. Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e molto cordiale. Consigliato!!!
