First family Florida trip

We have just returned after staying at this villa for 14 days. This was the 4th attempt due to Covid coming from the UK, postponed in 2020 and 2021. Ben the owner couldnt have been more supportive, refunding previous Covid cancellations without any fuss. Finally getting there the villa was perfect. We were two families of 4, and had both Disney and Universal planned over the 2 weeks. Location could not have been better, all Disney parks within 10-15 minute drive. Universal a little longer. Plenty of great restaurants around on the 192, literally 5 minutes away. The villa was perfect size with all the bedrooms, and 2 lounges, one for the kids and one for the adults! The pool was perfect size which we enjoyed every day after long days in the parks. Ben couldn't have been better in terms of responding to questions while we were there, always coming back very quickly, even at the weekend. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ben for a lovely holiday.

Great space and excellent community

Overall the property and location were great. The house could use a little TLC but was clean. The space worked well for our group of 10. Glad we paid to have the pool heated as the week before we arrived it was cooler. Communication with Ben was fantastic. We had a question on the pool heater when we arrived, he called me and sent someone over that evening - could not ask for better service. We rented a bbq grill from a company Ben recommended and everything went smoothly. The resort common areas were nice, the common pool area could’ve used more chairs but we were there to get in the water so we didn’t mind not having chairs available. The location was perfect for visiting Disney parks. I recommend joining the Windsor Hills Facebook group to connect with others in the area - Dina was fantastic and a huge help!

Wonderful vacation home near Disney

We stayed 7 nights; 6 adults and 2 kids. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool- definitely worth paying the extra to heat it. Once we figured out how to heat the hot tub that was nice too. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The community had great amenities and felt safe. You can’t get much closer to the Disney parks, we were able to go back and forth during the day as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property with Great Host

The property was beautiful and secure. The house was clean and tidy. We were in a great location for theme parks as well as other fun attractions in the area. Ben was fantastic at communicating with us and very understanding of any questions. Cannot recommend him enough.
