About this property

Overlooking the river and the sea.

The house has cable TV (SKY) in the living room and two bedrooms. Wifi Back area with private barbecue and brewery, gourmet area integrated with the kitchen.

Cozy house, has all the household items, very airy, large living room integrated with the kitchen, new furniture. We provide bed linen for added comfort.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms: one ground floor bedroom with double bed, two second floor bedrooms with one double bed in each. One of them suite. And a mezzanine with a double bed and a bunk bed.

Gated community, family and quiet. Near the market, fishmonger, bakery and restaurant. Parking space. Private exit to the river with a delicious beach with low tide. Two pools in the common area of the condominium, one for children and one for adults.

The condominium has outdoor barbecue area overlooking the Jacuípe River.

Rio is great for kayaking and standup paddle riding. In the region we have boat rentals and jetski for tour.

By condominium policy, pets are not allowed in the locations.

We are 9km from Guarajuba and 23km from Praia do Forte. A place with a rustic and peculiar beauty.

Imóvel muito gostoso

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. A casa fica numa área verde, muito tranquila e ao mesmo tempo não longe da praia de Barra do Jacuípe (uns 10 minutos a pé). Fomos pela margem do rio em maré baixa e foi muito tranquilo. A proprietária é muito atenciosa, assim como Neide, que nos ajudou na organização. Os vizinhos muito tranquilos. Enfim, eu e minha familia tivemos uma ótima estadia. Recomendo!

Nos sentimos em casa!

Excelente casa. Vilage muito tranquilo e seguro, os dias de semana são os melhores para sossego e descanso pois não tem quase ninguém nas casas. O condomínio fica praticamente escondido e é uma boa surpresa ao chegar na área das casas. A sra Graciele muito atenciosa. A casa tem boa mobília, muito organizada e limpa e com manutenção em dia!! Com certeza vamos voltar em breve!!!! Recomendo!

Casa deliciosa

Fomos em família e aproveitamos muito a casa, local agradável e tranquilo, as crianças correram o dia todo no imenso espaço verde do condomínio, sem falar da proprietária que é muito solícita e educada. A vizinhança é tranquila. Mesmo as piscinas sendo de uso comum estavam limpas todos os dias e pra quem gosta de pegar sol é maravilhosa, pois pega sol o dia todo. A saída para o rio é sem comentários, com maré alta parece uma piscina, bom para um bom banho também. Tivemos uma estadia super agradável. Recomendo.

Lugar paradisíaco

Uma casa linda, limpa, organizada, aconchegante. Um lugar delicioso pra relaxar e espairecer. A anfitriã Graciele é muito atenciosa e solicita. Minha família adorou os dias que passamos lá, aproveitamos bastante. Super recomendo.
