Beautiful deluxe villa with a private pool and a private terrace. The villa has 2 upstairs bedrooms which are airconditioned and each bedroom has its own private bathroom and tv. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other room has a kingsize bed and a twin-XL bed. The kitchen is well equiped and has a large living area with tv. The villa is 1300 square ft. Oranjestad is on a 5 minutes drive away. The beaches are on a 5 to 10 minute drive away. There is one olde friendly dog on the premises. There is another house on the premises which is not for rent and mostly empty. The neighborhood is safe, nice and relaxed.

Beautiful Aruba
We spent two great weeks in Sunnyside Villa in Tanki Leendert. The owner Jair and the property manager Tamara are friendly, helpful and provided us with many useful information conc. the island (thank you once again!). This lovely villa was just right for what we needed. Whole house was well equipped and maintained, the location was peaceful and secure. We ate out most of the time for dinner, but prepared our own breakfast and sometimes dinner there. Central location was a great advantage for trips with a rental car to all possible directions - to the Eagle Beach northwest, to the Arikok National Park northeast or to the Baby Beach south. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! Jiri&Sandra stayed February 2019

Wonderful
We stayed 1/5/2019-1/13/2019 I’ll start with the cons as there aren’t many. It was hard to find the house and I had zero cell phone service. Make sure you get the directions or have Tamara meet you at the airport because the streets aren’t marked well and we spent a couple of hours lost. Check the bottom left side drawer in the kitchen for bags, because Super Foods doesn’t offer bags and you’ll have to pay for them. While at the store buy toilet paper because it’s not included and we ran out. The shower isn’t heated. It was rather shocking to have cool showers but we adjusted but be aware in case it’s a deal breaker for you. There wasn’t a dresser in the room we stayed in but for us it wasn’t a big deal. Ok Pros Tamara is awesome! Kungee (the dog on the property) is a sweet girl. We adored her! The home is lovely! It’s clean and decorated in fun eclectic ways. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are also lovely. Well maintained and private. I’m listing this as a pro but it could be a con. There are roosters next door. We couldn’t hear them in the bedroom but they make their presence known. We didn’t mind them at all. I felt 100 percent safe and everything was pretty close by. Eagle beach is a five minute drive. Dunkin donuts is even closer for the coffee lovers (there’s a small pot at the house too). We spent a lot of time on the patio by the pool lounging and reading in the evenings and early morning and it was heavenly. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this home.

A beautiful and cozy place to stay
The condo is amazing nice, so clean, cozy garden, nice private swimming pool, we missed the dog, can’t have any other words to express about this place, we definitely book this condo again if we are back to Aruba and we highly recommend it to all travellers who come to Aruba!

Great and beautiful Villa
Beautiful villa with private pool. We have had a wonderful stay in the Villa. Good accommodation, clean and provide everything you need. I recommend this Villa to anyone that visit Aruba a beautiful Island.

Our Aruban Home Away from Home
The perfect house for our visit to Aruba. It was our first time on the island and we couldn't have chosen a nicer house to rent for our needs. Located near the center of the island, it was no more than 10 minutes by car to anywhere we wanted to go. The house manager was very easy to reach and extremely helpful if we needed anything. The property was clean and the kitchen was sufficiently prepared with cookware for breakfast, lunch, and the occasional dinners we prepared at the house. The backyard pool was a nice venue to unwind after a busy day of hiking in Arikok National Park or scuba diving around the island. I would highly recommend this house to anyone planning a vacation in Aruba.
