With a private wall garden, swimming pool, outside facility with BBQ, and exceptional views.
Strictly No smoking property and is situated 5km from the nearest town and beaches of L'Hospitalet del Infant.
Main house has 3 bedrooms, an open living space with kitchen and dining area, with a front drawing room overlooking the village and coastline - the house has got a direct access to wall private garden with swimming pool. The house is not shared whilst rented. Access to the studio, below the house is not available as this is for the owner private use / storage only - no one else will be living or visiting whilst the House is rented.
Anything that is broken during the stay must be paid for, without any excuses. House is ideal for family with children, not recommended for babies or young toddlers, due to various outside steps to access the garden / swimming pool and front garden. Young toddlers must be supervised at all time. Access to the house requires a car and it’s strictly via a private “off-road” some 150m at the end of the Calle. Water is chargeable if consumption exceeds 1.000lt p/day at current rate - a entry reading will take place and warning sent out if the consumption is exceeded.
