About this property

Our renovated 3 story house is located on the peninsula of Eastport, Annapolis. We are across the street from a small marina and have views of Back Creek. With 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, we sleep 6 adults or older children. We are an easy walk across the Spa Creek bridge into downtown Annapolis, but why bother when you can visit the excellent bars and restaurants in Eastport itself. Davis' Pub, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is less than 200 feet away and a variety of local and nationally known restaurants such as Chart House and Ruths Chris are a very short walk away on the small Eastport peninsula. Parking is on-street but unlike downtown Annapolis, it is easy to find a spot.

Please note: this house is not suitable for young children or pets. We have steep stairs and fine rugs and furniture.

Perfect home in charming neighborhood

This was the second time we have stayed at this delightful Eastport home, having also stayed here for a week this past summer. As before, my husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay. The house so perfectly fits all of our needs. All of the appliances are top of the line and it is the perfect size for us. At one point we had all 3 grandparents spend the night in addition to us and it was still very comfortable. The house is half a block from a nice playground, where we spent a lot of time with our son - and he never tired of looking at the boats, which are right across the street (and the upstairs windows give a lovely view of the harbor). Eastport and downtown Annapolis were so beautifully decorated over the holiday season - it was a truly special time to be there. The house itself is lovely and the owners have done an exquisite job renovating it and decorating it with beautiful artwork throughout. Having expressed how much I liked the artwork, they even kindly sent through the details of some of their favorite local Annapolis galleries. The owners were extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with and even left us a bottle of prosecco in the refrigerator. There is no question that we will use this house again the next time we spend time in Annapolis. Truly perfect!

Eastport Annapolis perfect Thanksgiving!

We love Annapolis for the boats, shops, and history. This home is across the street from several marinas, walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants in a historic neighborhood just a block from a maritime museum. Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday weekend at this wonderful home. Very well appointed, perhaps the best equipped VRBO that we have experienced. The owners were exceptionally responsive, easy checkin and checkout and very helpful with all questions and requests.

Great stay!

The home was wonderful, great accommodations for our group of friends! The location also couldn’t be better, short walk to all the Eastport and Annapolis have to offer.

Friendly Eastport Getaway

Really nice place to stay. Convenient to local stores and restaurants. Easy walk to downtown Annapolis, and scenery as soon as you step out the front door.
