Maxwell Beach Residence 1 is one of Barbados' newest luxurious beach-front condominium properties available for holiday rentals which offers ultra stylish and contemporary beach-front living unlike any other.

Our South Coast location offers direct access to quiet, pristine white sandy beaches and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins. We are 15 minutes away from Grantley Adams International Airport and Bridgetown. We are located just off of Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 offers 3 bedrooms (1 Queen Ensuited bedroom, 1 King Ensuited Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds that can be converted into a King Bed and with a bath). Featuring a beautifully designed Italian kitchen with granite marble counter tops with breakfast stools. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with GE appliances. The kitchen includes a double-door refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your own private balcony with astonishing views overlooking the pool, garden and the beautiful Ocean.

Wonderful stay!

Lovely apartment, with plenty of space, and very well appointed. We enjoyed the magnificent view from the balcony and the pool facilities. It was great to have Wayne to drive us around in comfort and the pre-holiday communications with Akilah were excellent. Would highly recommend eating at Deia at the Beach

Wow!

Really beautiful view from terrace. Spacious bedrooms (albeit all internal but you want the views from the terrace). Nice beach with a cool breeze. Lovely grassed area around the pool. Fraction of the price for a better pad than the guys at the neighbouring hotels are getting. Cannot fault the management of the rental -really communicative and helpful and a welcome basket of necessities to greet you and free transfers with Wayne and his brother to/from the airport. A short taxi ride from some of the best restaurants on the island. Really hard to find fault.

Amazing Family Holiday Apartment - Home from Home

Without rambling on.. 302 Ocean One was simply a pleasure to stay at! Our family (Mum, x2 Adult Daughters & Twin 12yr old Sons) all have nothing but positive reviews! It seems like it was too good to be true but I cannot express how fabulous it was in reality. The facilities in the apartment, the standard of Furnishings/Towels/Bedding, Wi-Fi/TV services were out of this world, Fridge stocked with essentials so no need to hit the supermarket straight away.. The Location.. It was like having a private beach for 2 weeks, Maxwell Beach is stunning! The private pool, garden and communal areas were always pristine. We always felt safe thanks to Night-Time Security Staff Steve & Devon and all other staff on site were friendly and most helpful at all times. The Airport transfer service provided in the booking was also a great addition to our holiday and took away the stresses of organizing our own. Overall 10/10 across the board and we look forward to booking and staying at 302 Ocean One again next year.

Ocean One

First class accommodation and service start to finish. Easy and timely communication with Selma who couldn’t have been more helpful. Transfers to and from airport relaxed and efficient. Apartment everything you can want for especially the ice machine which was in constant use 😄. Location perfect for beach, St Lawrence Gap and Oistins. Taxis easily available if you aren’t into walking. Supermarkets within easy reach by car and if you don’t mind a short walk too. Great to have the “starter pack of groceries” on arrival. Sad to leave it’s been such a relaxing g and comfortable holiday.

Fabulaious location, with a beautiful beach. Condo was awesome and exactly as explained

There was six of us (3 couples) staying in the condo, we had an absolutely fabulous holiday. The sea view was amazing and the condo was excellent, Selma & Wayne were fabulous to deal with and made sure everything ran smoothly.
