There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Room attached to Master Bedroom can be used as a nursery (the room has its own windows), it is furnished with a twin bed and a crib.

Best location best property

We loved our stay at this property. So close to Manasota Beach and Venice FL. The pool is great and enjoys an extended deck with shade and direct sun. All round an awesome stay - many thanks!

Amazing Family Holiday!

As a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children) we had an amazing time here. We couldn't fault anything, the Villa was exceptionally clean and tidy. Everything was available, plenty of towels, hair dryers, kitchen utensils and beach and pool items. The pool was perfect and very clean. A lovely short 5min walk to the beach seeing lots of wildlife along the way. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, a very home from home experience. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to visit and stay again! Thank you.

A fantastic base for an amazing family holiday. A beautiful home from home.

We stayed in this villa for Christmas 2016 and New Year. There were 10 of us in total and the house was plenty big enough (there was definitely room for 2 more comfortably!) From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and looked after. Heidi and her husband were attentive and thoughtful and when there was a slight issue with the pool we could not fault the efforts they went to to rectify it asap. The location of the home is perfect, a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach where we spent hours enjoying the sun, sea and hunting for sharks teeth. The local shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive and have everything you could need as well as there being plenty of places to go in all directions. We saw manatees under the bridge on our last day which helped finish our perfect holiday. We cannot recommend this home strongly enough and wouldn't hesitate to rebook. We feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay there. We have fallen in love with Manasota Key.

Excellent Holiday Home

Five of us stayed for three weeks in November 2016. The home was immaculately clean and everything that we needed to make this a great holiday was at the home and to a high standard. Great location, close to the beach. The owners live nearby and were very helpful, if we needed them. This is a great location for a relaxing holiday. Many thanks.
