The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, large pantry, and stainless steel appliances.

We have everything to make you feel at home...and on vacation: WiFi, Full Kitchen, 8 seat Dining Table, A/C, ceiling fans, Quality Mattresses, Child Safety fences, Pool and Spa in a fully screened Lanai, game room and more.

This home boasts 2 Themed Master bedrooms with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and tasteful decor. Choose Turtle Cay or our Safari room for an enchanting retreat at the end of the day.
The young and young-at-heart guests will also enjoy the two themed twin rooms. Each has 2 twin beds and flat screen tvs. There are also two travel cribs which can be set up for our youngest guests. The Mickey Room is here to greet our Disney fans with fun memories. And young wizards will love our Hogwarts room.

Not a good place to stay

The villa was not as advertised, no pool table,no working safe and not immaculate. The smell in some of the bedrooms was terrible.I have visited Orlando many times and this was unfortunately the worst villa i have stayed in, i would not reccomend this property to anyone.

Awesome villa with pool

Easy check in process and clean equipped villa. Lots of space, two children tried out all of the bedrooms and enjoyed the pool and air hockey table. Comfy sofas which is a change from most rental villas! Good location and quiet neighbourhood. Also manager helpful and responsive when issue with A/C. Enjoyed our stay!

The villa was a great size and comfortable, my children enjoyed the pool and themed rooms. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had a nice holiday here.

Positives - Great host who is happy to help when needed - Themed bedrooms are great for kids - Games room is an added bonus - Good amenities in the villa, such as prams (lifesaver if doing Disney) - Quiet sage neighbourhood. Barely heard any noise during our stay. Negatives - Some of the villa is a little dated, such as pool area and bathrooms. - Pool was only cleaned once during our two week stay and was quite dirty in the second week. Did request the weekly clean but never materialised. - Showers in the villa were quite dirty with build up of mould under doors. - Davenport traffic is no joke! If it’s a 20 minute journey you can double (sometimes triple) that when you factor in traffic. I assume this is due to commuters to work etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, but would probably not stay in Davenport again.

Ok but with a few issues

Whilst the overall property is nice and the downstairs looks to have been decorated fairly recently we had a few issues with the property. These included no hot water on 2 days due to a faulty water heater which was leaking down the drive and was attracting water bugs into the property. The cleanliness wasn’t great with light fittings, airvents etc covered in dust. There was an ant infestation in one of the bedrooms which was inside a fitted wardrobe on an outside wall which damaged clothing. We were asked to leave on checkout day by the cleaner at 10am when our booking on Homeaway clearly states 11am. On a positive note the property management company were great on the 2 separate occasions they had to attend the property.

My first job was in Cinderella's Castle in Walt Disney World. I was there on opening day in 1972. I loved it there and the generous sprinkling of pixie dust I got in orientation has never left me.
Creating US Vacation Villas in Florida was the opportunity to return to the magic of Disney and create the kind of vacation environment for others based on the best experiences my children and I had. I hope you find as much joy and wonder here as I have had.

Why they chose this property

This home is only minutes to the magical lands of Disney World, yet it is nestled away from the noise and hubbub in a more secluded development surrounded by a protected conservation area: Sandy Ridge.
There are two easy paths to Disney World: I-4 which is just two exits. Or Old Lake Wilson Rd which takes you directly to Disney World with just a few turns. All of the rest of the area theme parks and activities are an easy drive as well.
A great deal of love and imagination went into creating this home to provide you and your family the enchantment of a magical and relaxing vacation.

Please remember that the area is one of the world's biggest and busiest destinations. There can be a lot of traffic. I have found that using a gps maps service on your phone set to "fastest route" can often take you around traffic hot spots. Remember to bring your patience and good humor. It really helps.
