Casa Dolphina offers the most spectacular, panoramic open water views with stunning sunsets! Gorgeous designer interior and beautifully manicured lush gardens providing privacy and serenity.
For onsite activities practice on the golf putting green or fish dinner off the dock. You can launch our Kayaks from the large remote controlled platform to explore the small island across the house.
The large saltwater swimming pool has solar panels and offers a heat pump (fee applies) to keep you warm year round. The spa has its own heat pump (no charge). We’re positive, that all these amenities will meet up to your highest standards.

Amazing stay

Delightful property that exceeded expectations and gave our extended family group of 8 plenty of space to be together and have individual space too. Pool, hot tub, kayaks and mini-golf were enjoyed by everyone. Hosts were very quick to fix minor issues and very generous towards us all.

Gulf Coast family fun

Great location. Fantastic space to enjoy and relax between the hot tub, pool and large open living space this very unique and fun house with outside tiki bar and bbq area was a joy to stay. The sunset was awesome and dolphins on a daily basis. A very unique and pleasant stay.

Dolphin delights

We all had a fantastic time at Casa Dolphina. We can highly recommend holidaying there. There was plenty of room for us all and with a mix of ages in our party, there was something for everyone. The kayaks were great fun and the pool table was a great hang out area for the teenagers. We had the perfect combination of exploring the local areas and relaxing at the house. We were blessed with plenty of dolphin activity and even a manatee sighting. The pool area is perfect with plenty of sun and shade and being able to swim in the pool while dolphins swim past the jetty, is an unforgettable experience. Fabienne and Gerold are the perfect hosts. Every communication we had with them was answered quickly and they gave us lots of recommendations. They really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home and being able to make lots of happy memories. Hopefully one day, we'll be able to visit again.

Magical stay at Casa Dolphina

My family of 4 adults and 1 infant had a fab stay at Casa Dolphina. There is so much space to enjoy and so many activities. We enjoyed the kayaks, the golf putting and of course the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature for my daughter and she enjoyed swimming every day. Fabienne and Gerold were very caring and helpful during our stay - meeting us to talk through the house, giving us some delicious snacks and also with recommendations. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone! Also a great location and very close to St Pete downtown and the beaches for exploring the local area.

USA Road Trip Sept 2019

On arrival we were met by the Truly lovely owners Fabienne and Gerold who showed us around their amazing home and also opened the fridge to a Welcome Gift of some beers and a beautiful platter of food from shrimp to fresh fruit ( Thanks so much ).. The Villa needs to be booked ( HONEST ) its as good as the pictures and more and the views from the back garden are breathtaking and you will love every morning chilling with a coffee on the boat decking. Fabienne would contact occasionally to make sure everything was fine and dropped off a really kind gift on leaving as it was my birthday . I cannot say more than STUNNING and thanks guys Steve
