Large furnished house with balcony, 4 bedrooms (4 double beds and 6 single beds, a sofa bed and 1 extra double bed) with ceiling fans, full kitchen, 2 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms, WI-FI, LCD TV 32 'with HDTV signal, and TV 20' digital signal (cable tv with open channels). Ranch with barbecue, wood stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink. Masonry pool of 40 thousand liters. Playground for children up to 9 years. Orchard with various fruits. All walled and located in a quiet street, only for the use of the residents.

The farm is located in a very wooded area, near the city of Jaguariuna, famous for the rodeo performed every year, the train ride 'Maria smoke' on Saturdays / Sundays and holidays, with water sports Cable Park (only for over 18 years ) and excellent gastronomy.

!!! Simplesmente Maravilhoso !!! Acima de qualquer expectativa, local super aconchegante, limpo, organizado, piscina excelente, tudo funcionando. e o grande diferencial o acolhimento pelos proprietariados !!! Dona Alice e Seu Juarez são demais sempre dispostos a ajudar. Localização ótima, Recomendo para familias terem um momento juntos, fazendo comida no fogao a lenha e comendo algumas frutas do pé !!!!! Muitos pássaros pela manhã !!!!! dando um tom de fazendo e casa da vó ao mesmo tempo !!!!!! Resumindo
