Check-in and Check-out:

The official check-out time is 10:00, and the earliest check-in time is 14:00. We are however flexible and happy to accommodate any specific requests, subject to other guests check-in and check-out. See schedule of potential charges below.

Great Place to stay!

We stayed at Tomek's apartment, family of four (two kids 10 and 13) and my mother (60 plus), in late June. Apartment was in a walking distance to the beach. The Patisserie and the Market were also in walking distance and thus all of our needs were met. At the end of June, the apartment did not need an air conditioner (and as a Texan, this is a must for us).

The Kitchen was adequate for our needs. The two bedrooms allowed us to spread out. The Wifi met the needs of the 13 year old with a laptop very nicely (which is high praise)

Eloisa took care of my mom when a tick decided to travel with her from Rome.

All in all, if you are looking for a quiet place in the south of France, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic host

We had a wonderful stay at Tomek's apartment. It is bright, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our time at the seaside. Tomek went over and above expectations in making us feel welcome, even recommending some fantastic restaurants at which we had a truly memorable meal. I loved the area and would defintely return to this apartment with my family again.

Beautiful Apartment

This is a great apartment. It is a short (like 3 minutes) walk from the beach which was great. The apartment is very nicely decorated, especially the kitchen. We were all comfortable sleeping there, even when guests stayed and we were a large group. The owner was really helpful with information too. It's even pretty close to the train station (maybe 25 minute walk along the beach) so we were able to go all over the Riviera on day trips easily. I really recommend this apartment as it's extremely clean, modern, well furnished and convenient.

Really nice appartment and very good location

Very nicely done and very well furnished appartment within easy walking distance from Juan-les-Pins. Close to everything you want to do during summer holidays but far enough not to be disturbed by all the night life when you want to call it 'a day' We really enjoyed our stay at this appartment.

Easy access to restaurants, spectaculat stage shows and concerts during the evening hours, many other attractions - kids will love them so will adults. Beautiful view you will enjoy the most as well as centered location.Defenitely I will recommend this property to the friends and relatives and anyone who likes fantastic climate with quiet residential area where you can get to the center of town within 10-15 min.
