Great location, good size.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay, its in a great location, the onsite facilities are perfect, the size of and facilities in the property were great, and property owners very helpful. However the property would benefit from some upgrading. The matresses In 2 of the bedrooms were well past their best and would recommend immediate replacement. Also the carpets appear scruffy....they had been hoovered but they are cream carpets so just looked dirty and i would recommend replacing them or getting a specialist company in to do a deep clean. I would use the property again if the mattresses were replaced.

Spacious and well located, excellent property for a Kissimmee vacation.

Stayed as a party of seven, three couples and one child. Found the property perfect for our needs, well presented and located, would definitely use again and recommend.
