About this property

Aqua by Vanderbilt Beach is our cozy vacation home to come and make wonderful vacation memories! This spacious and well furnished home has a professionally groomed green lawn, off-the street parking space for 2 cars and one (1) garage;3 bedrooms (the First with in-suite bath and a King Sze bed; second bedroom with Queen Bed and third bedroom with Two Twin beds); a big open space living-dining area with an 8-sitter Dining set, a nice opened-space kitchen which is fully equipped for your desires, and a private screened lanai facing many plants and greenery to let you enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped will all cookery and chinaware you may desire, stainless steel range and refrigerator, and a dishwasher. All the beds have extra sheet sets and bath towels, comforters, blankets (just in case Florida gets cold :)., and our Aqua home also comes with plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella and beach chairs for your day of beach and fun! Have a first-seat in the morning in the screened lanai where you may enjoy your privacy while contemplating the green tress and signing birds, while you tell you friends where you are! When ready to start your day, stroll the neighborhood and explore how Naples house has re-generated itself, or simply prepare yourself to go to beach, play pickle ball, go to Delnor-Wiggins Park, or do any of the many activities offered. Should you want to cath lunch by the beach, check out Gumbo-Jumbo or Tutle Beach club by the beach, other more affordable places are Whole Foods, Publix, or Mercata where you will find a variety of places for casual lunch, or nice dinners, wineries and dancing/singing entertainment. Our third year!

This is the third year we have rented this property for the month of February and have really appreciated the location in North Naples; in a safe and quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and shopping. The home is nicely furnished and well maintained. The owner has always responded promptly to any questions or issues we have had.

Nice and Clean

The property is very clean and well kept. It is near the beach and close to restaurants. If you are looking for fancy with bells and whistles, this is not the house for you. However, if you want a clean house in a good location this is a very nice place to stay.

Nice duplex in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Not far from beaches, shopping and restaurants.

We stayed for 5 nights during a medical conference. It was clean and as described in the listing.

Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the comfort and ambiance of this property and it was well provisioned with ample kitchen utensils and linens. All the comforts of home. It is in a excellent location in North Naples, just a block from the Tamiami Trail (Highway 41) with numerous very good restaurants nearby. The proprietor (Ana) was promptly responsive to any question or issues that we had. If possible, we will rebook this property next year without hesitation.

I am a 67 yers old active semi-retired from work, but full of life! I keep active by running 3 miles a day, and going to the gym. I immigrated to the United States back in l967. I learned English during my early years starting with 6th grade and have a 4 year college degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Paralegal degree. I utilized my knowledge and skills as a Senior Contracts Manager for Software companies. I also multi-tasked as a daughter taking care of my older mother and father; raised two wonderful daughters who are successful adults now; and shared a lifetime with the best man ever - my husband.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I used to visit Naples Park over 36 years ago and go to the Tiki Bar right on the water located by Delnor-Wiggins Park beach. We decided on Naples Park for many reasons: The first was because we could really "get away" to our Margaritaville by only driving for 2 hrs from Miami on scenic 41. Second; because going there always gave me this feeling of a small town - quite but yet so vibrant and beautiful; third because later on our daughters loved to go to the beach where we used to spend all weekends from Friday of Sunday night having the best family times and visiting all venues. And now, because is a great place to be in our older, slower years. Yet we find everything we want to do and share wtih friends we want to be.

What makes this property unique

You will just see it the moment you drive by it, because it seats tall and in a big green and attractive corner lot with pine trees and all!

Conveniently located close to everything! Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, Restaurants, Community Center, great Restaurants all around the area, as well as Shopping Malls, Art Centers, Downtown, casua and conveniencel stores such as Walmart, Publix, Marshalls, and all kinds of boutiques.

Make it a day trip or take a day trip Downtown Naples, Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, Mikosuki Casinos, Parks, Zoos, or many other sightseeing attractions.

Perfect for Beach, sun-bathing, walking, running, biking, relaxing - or having lots of entertainment and activities, if you wish to pursue these. If you want to just relax and have some wine, just enjoy!
