Agapi Holiday House is a family-run, traditional Cretan house built in the village of Sivas, Crete, Greece in 1906.
Agapi Holiday House has been substantially renovated and restored with great care in order to maintain its traditional architecture while using natural materials and ecological principles. It offers the facilities of a modern house without sacrificing the original traditional character of the Cretan home.
The house is located in the heart of Sivas village, within walking distance of the village square. Sivas is located in the Southernmost point of Crete and Europe. It carries the prestigious designation of a traditional Cretan village by the Greek state.
The landscape is of outstanding natural beauty with unique flora and fauna. The climate is very mild.
The Sivas village main square is a popular meeting place for local people; with restaurants, traditional cafés and places to shop. Visitors will have the opportunity to mingle with locals and taste the traditional cuisine. You may shop at the market local food products and of course everything related to your personal daily needs.
Agapi Holiday House has spacious (80 square meters) newly-furnished rooms. The house is fully equipped and includes a kitchen - dining area (with a fireplace), a living room area (with a stove and a sofa), a bathroom and a bedroom (double bed).
The house has two yards with furniture, an inner yard and a terrace, and a garden with aromatic and medicinal plants. There is free web network (Wi-Fi), laptop, TV, washing machine etc. - all equipment you may need for a comfortable stay.
Agapi Holiday House can accommodate up to 6 persons (maximum 4 adults), it is perfect for a family with children.
It has stunning views of the Messara valley and the surrounding mountains of Psiloritis (Ida) and Asterousia.
