Apartamento com ótima localização, tem tudo perto, no apartamento tinha tudo o que precisamos. O Felipe foi bem atencioso, só tivemos um imprevisto no apartamento que foi nos avisado na véspera da nossa estadia, mais que não atrapalhou em nada...fora isso tudo certo!

Recepcionados com esse recado: pia da cozinha em manutencao e vaso solto no banheiro"

Mesmo com essa lastimavel recepcao, acreditamos que isso era um problema recente que seria solucionado. Nao aconteceu. Ficamos 12 dias sem poder usar a pia da cozinha, e dos 3 banheiros anunciados, somente o do unico quarto de casal poderia ser usado. Por telefone o proprietario disse que era culpa do ultimo inquilino. Dias depois descobrimos uma avaliacao possivelmente de meses antes, reclamando desses problemas e muitos outros. Percebemos entao que fomos enganados, porque esses problemas ja eram pre-existentes por meses. Quando reclamei mais uma vez, exigindo solucao ou desconto. O proprietario alegou que eu estava querendo ficar de graca, e que o imovel estava bem barato, e que eu deveria procurar outro aa minha altura?? que ele devolveria os 6 dias testantes??? Desde quando pia e vaso sao sinal de estatus? Eu aluguei conforme anuncio e nao barganhei nada. Tambem o fiz com antecedencia, e tive esses problemas. Que chance e motivacao eu teria de alugar outro de ultima hora? Que chance teria de ser reembolsado por um pessoa que nao honra seus compromissos? Tenho razoes para afirmar que o proprietario agiu de ma fe, inclusive ele ja disponibilizou o imovel pra alugar novamente. Provalvelnente sem os devidos reparos que poderiam levar muitos dias. As condicoes do imovel nao condizem com ordem do predio e a excelente localizacao, que foram a razao da minha permanencia.
