Ponto Positivo: O lugar em volta é muito bonito em frente à praia é muito lindo mesmo a recepção do Checkin foi eu muito bom. Realmente é um ambiente familiar é muito sossegado o lugar. Ponto Negativo: Precisava melhorar em alguns aspectos pois o imóvel como é antigo ele tem algumas coisas a melhorar: Por exemplo existe dois banheiros porém não pode usar os dois chuveiros juntos pois cai o dijuntor, além de que um dos chuveiros estava com cheiro de queimado os fios o tempo todo Isso é falta de manutenção! Precisava de detetização no lugar pois dentro dos armários de cozinha estava com muito cheiro de barata e também com bichinhos aos redores.

o kit net parecia ser muito melhor pelas imagens postadas; colchões velhos e cama com estrado quebrado em 3 lugares; tv com sinal péssimo; acomodações muito mal conservadas e até sujas. Pelo preço até passa mas pela qualidade e conforto nunca. Faltou um pouco de honestidade e clareza do proprietário; prédio muito antigo e mal cuidado na parte externa e interna (pintura de 20 anos atras). Boa localização, entorno excelente; praia muito boa.

O imóvel é como se vê nas fotos, Simples, más muito agradável!

É a segunda vez que fico no apartamento do Raphael foi tudo tranquilo sem contar da zeladora Dona Ana pessoinha maravilhosa, além da praia das Dunas que é linda tive o prazer de conhecer Pontal do Atalaia fica localizado em arraial do cabo ...super recomendo .... voltarei em breve se Deus quiser, muito obrigada Raphael.
