About this property

The house is less than 5 minutes walk from Itacoatiara Beach, in a super reserved place in the neighborhood, considered the most exclusive in the Oceanic Region of Niterói. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, suites with balconies (a master suite with a whirlpool and panoramic views). 50m2 lounge with 51 'TV (4K / NET HD), fully equipped dining room, pantry and kitchen, including an air-conditioned wine cellar for 36 bottles.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other three on the second floor, separated by a large mezzanine. Complete leisure with swimming pool and barbecue and utensils. The house also has a bicycle (Caloi 100) equipped with a basket and surf equipment (9 feet board and bodyboard) available to guests.

The neighborhood and Itacoatiara Beach are about 30 kilometers from Rio de Janeiro and have total security, as it has only one entrance and exit regulated by the Military Police. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, located at the entrance to the neighborhood. Bars, snack bars and beach kiosks about 300 meters away from the house. The residence also has a covered garage for up to 2 cars and a solar heating system.

A casa é fiel ao anúncio e os comentários a qualificam. Acrescento apenas que dois dos quartos compartilham o mesmo banheiro (semi-suítes), o que deve ser levado em conta caso queira acomodar dois casais neles. Destaque para o clima único (montanha com praia) e silêncio da rua.

Dias incríveis no Paraíso

Fui com a minha família pra passar o aniversário da minha filha, foi uma ótima experiência meus familiares amaram a casa que fica próxima a uma das praias mais bonitas do Brasil. Eu já conhecia Niterói e Itacoatiara mas a família ainda não e todos aproveitaram demais a casa e a praia. O Luiz é mto simpático e solícito e ajudou a gente em tudo que nós precisamos. Voltaremos com certeza!!!!
