Big house located in the condominium Green Stone, chief postcard from a few meters from Ubatuba fantastic beach Lazarus and Domenica Days.

Comprising 3 spacious suites, 1 single bedroom, kitchen, balcony around the entire house, living / dining room with fireplace. outdoor area provided with tables, chairs and hammocks, and barbecue, garden and shower.

Building 70 is very well ventilated in all environments. Hot showers, refrigerator and freezer, TV with NET, WiFi, microwave, stove with 4 burners, cupboard with hangers, tables and chairs.

The structure of the condominium offers 24 hour security, restricted access to external vehicles and large recreation area.

Inglês, Deutsch, Español and Portuguese spoaken: The house is located in the Green Stone condominium, main postal card of Ubatuba, just a few meters of the fantastic Lázaro and Domingas Dias beaches.

It has three big suites, 1 single room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace all around the house, living and dining room with a fireplace. External area has tables, hammocks, chairs and a barbecue place, garden and shower.

Built in the 70's the house is very comfortable and airy in all the rooms. Hot showers, refrigerator and freezer, Cable tv, WiFi, microwave, stove, cabinets, tables and chairs.

The condominium structure offers 24 hours security; restrict access to outside cars and a big leisure area.

Ótima casa

Ótima casa, muito bem organizada, itens novos, limpos e organizados. Anfitrião educado e prestativo. As praias ficam muito próximas. Falta um pouco de estrutura nos arredores, como restaurantes, padarias e mais opções de supermercados, mas fora isso foi tudo muito tranquilo.

Não voltaria! casa ampla, mas muito desconfortável!

Há anos frequento esta praia, e sempre locamos neste condomínio..por indecisões de data acabamos perdendo a estadia em casas que já conhecíamos. Diante disso, mesmo vendo alguns detalhes deste imóvel, não achei que fosse incomodar tanto, locamos o imóvel que estava disponível na data. Exemplos; não tem sofá..tem bancos de madeira de varanda na sala(totalmente desconfortáveis), na mesa de jantar (bancos sem encosto) e fora cadeiras de madeira, e uma espreguicadeira quebrada. Rede sujas, e cheia de areia. Falta manutenção no jardim e a frente da casa parece não ver água há algum tempo! Mesmo com todo o meu olhar para sempre ver o lado bom de tudo, me deparei ainda com a falta de gás( foi me sugerido comprar, e depois me reembolsaria, oi??) , geladeira fraca(não gela) e o pior.. casa aparentemente limpa mas tinha baratas por todos os lados. Um horror! Parte dos talheres, talheres desiguais (facas de mesa sem corte), talheres de apoio de madeira mofadas e no suporte cheio de coco de baratas! Fogão tbem ( só uma chama que está boa, o restante todas bem baixa). Iríamos em 12 pessoas, mas alguns familiares haviam desistido devido ao covid, e acabamos indo em 4 pessoas o que já foi bem difícil, imagina se tivéssemos em 12?!! Geladeira e fogão super fracos, impossível!! Ainda procurei opções para alugar em pousadas e tentar cancelar com a vrbo mas não encontrei. Deixei a sugestão com o proprietário, que antes de locar alguns itens e cuidados são imprescindíveis. Muita falta de cuidado com o cliente! Não adianta ter um imóvel amplo se não há conforto e nem tão pouco higiene. Eduardo, vc responde rápido qdo solicitado..mas a proposta não é essa, queria uns dias de descanso, e sua casa ficou muito a desejar..na terceira reclamação que fiz a vc já me senti mal em ficar reclamando..odeio isso! Antes de fazer este depoimento pensei muito, pois tenho imóveis na vrbo tbem! Mas o que não quero pra mim, não quero para o outro, se soubesse jamais teria locado e nem dobrado a locação antes de ir ver o imóvel. Evite os problemas, não adianta ser solicito qdo o problema vem..ele não tem que vir, entende?!! Espero que fique mais atento e cuidadoso, e que futuros hóspedes tenham uma melhor experiência.

Perto da praia , condomínio super seguro ,casa ótima , chuveiro excelente e camas com colchões novos , sala ampla e bem ventilada . Encontramos a casa super limpa e tivemos uma excelente temporada . Com certeza recomendamos .

Estadia ótima, lugar tranquilo, maravilhoso! O sr. Eduardo e muito atencioso, resposta rápida. Localização ótima, perto das melhores praias da região.
