A real gem with wonderful hosts
The property is just as advertised. The hosts are so kind and helpful. I think we would have still been waiting for our suitcase if it had not been for them. The neighbourhood is delightful, full of charm with amazing food shops and restaurants just on your doorstep.

A perfect home for a get away to New York
Four of us stayed in this beautiful apartment for nights in May '19 and used it a place to stay whilst visiting the sights and sounds of New York. We chose an apartment as we preferred the idea of better comfort and surroundings. This apartment was perfect in position, friendly owners who were easily contacted with any requests/questions and the cost compared to an hotel stay was much cheaper. It was very clean and very well equipped for those who would want to cook for themselves, although just a short walk leads onto 5th Avenue which is home to plenty of places to eat and drink. Travelling around is easy, the nearest subway station is 10 minutes walk through a well maintained suburb. The subway took us to all the areas we needed to get to with a very reasonably priced metro card. Overall we loved our stay at this apartment and if we could do it all over again would choose to stay in the same apartment.

Brilliant relaxing base away from Manhattan.
This property didn’t disappoint at all and was exactly as described and seen on the photographs. We were three adults, a married couple and single woman, and it was ideal for our needs, having two great bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was extremely clean and gave us plenty of room to relax in. The beds were so comfortable and we slept well after busy days in Manhattan, and sightseeing. The owners, Antonella and Bartomeu, who live above were so friendly and helpful and although not needed would have been on hand for any problems. Situated in a lovely family area of Brooklyn the property felt very safe, even at night and was quiet, although the busier adjacent 5th and 7th Avenues gave plenty of opportunity for shops, bars and restaurants. Getting into central Manhattan was easier than expected with the line from Bergen St, less than 10 minutes walk, which took us straight to Times Square in under 30 minutes direct. There were plenty of other lines too from other nearby stations. I would absolutely recommend this apartment for a visit to New York, and we will certainly try to come back and stay in the future. Thanks again for everything Antonella and Bartomeu.

We are a family that loves living in and experiencing Brooklyn, a vibrant part of Brooklyn, New York.

Born in New York, we have traveled extensively and we speak several languages, enough to have a fun conversation: English, Spanish, Italian, and French. We recently finished renovating completely this apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in New York!

Come stay on our property! We'd love to share this beautiful brownstone with you.

You will have total privacy but we will be there to help with anything you need if you ask us.

We can't wait to meet you!

Why they chose this property

One of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods, Park Slope offers an amazing array of meticulously renovated brownstone and limestone townhouses. This apartment vacation rental is located on the ground floor of a brownstone built in 1874, just a short walking distance from the beautiful Prospect Park. The 1890 census showed Park Slope to be the richest community in the United States.

What makes this property unique

Prime Park Slope location. Very convenient to public transportation and some of the best Brooklyn restaurants. Close to the BAM cultural center and Barclay's arena.
This is 2 bedrooms (2 queen-sized beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Very comfortable apartment, located on the ground floor of a brownstone in the historical district of Park Slope.
