The large master suite has private access to the pool and extra closet space. The tennis courts, large community pool, and playground are just around the corner.

There are no villas behind the house and a hedge between it and the neighbouring homes on either side offers ultimate privacy. We have provided 4 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs for your comfort.

This Executive Villa is located off US Highway 27, just three miles south of US Highway 192 and three miles north of the Interstate 4. Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away and the home is within easy driving distance of the all the other major theme parks and Interstate 4 is just minutes away providing quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space (East) Coast beaches near Cocoa Beach and Melbourne, and all the Central Florida attractions.

All linens and towels are all supplied. To cool off during the hot Florida days there is a spacious patio and pool area with large private pool which overlooks the conservation area and golf course just sit back and enjoy a relaxing drink while watching the evening sunset. Stunning villa

Amazing villa pictures do not do the property justice ! Very smooth booking process. Safe and secure location for families. Only a 30-40 minute drive to Disney and universal parks . Owner was very amenable when we requested a late check out thank you.

Lovely house, great location

We had a really wonderful 10 days in this villa. Its a really good size, imaculately decorated and really clean. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve a few times so we know the area well. It really is a great location and has lovely views of the golf course. Meera to deal with was superb - very helpful and responsive. The only thing we were a bit dissapointed with (more bad timing than fault on the villa) was that on our first day (having arrived late the previous evening) the pool cleaner came first thing in the morning and cleaned & treated the pool which meant we couldn't use it for the whole day. We had 2 very dissapointed little boys. All in we had a lovely time and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Brilliant stay - loved it!

We stayed at this wonderful villa for nine days and did not want to leave. The house is in a wonderful location on Highlands Reserve where the pool overlooks the golf course. The house is immaculate in decoration and furnishings. It is very well maintained and was extremely clean on arrival with plenty of room for us. We have stayed in several villas over the years, and this really is one of the very best we have seen. Well maintained and really clean.Would not hesitate to recommend this villa or to book it again in the future. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly and informative during booking process which was very important to us. Thank you

Perfect size for party of 8

The home location and size is ideal for 2 families for 4 to share. Our party enjoyed the pool and all the windows allow us to have an eye on the children from most rooms while having coffee or preparing a meal. We did seem to have an issue getting ahold of the property manager two calls were placed about dropping off a grill as well as the smoke alarm that kept making a chirping noise. The answering service said that a charge would apply if the phone number was abused, so after 2 calls we figured someone would come by or get ahold of us, that never happened. We spent the whole 10 days with no grill and listened to the smoke detector chirping all night, simple fixes but no response.

We have been coming to Orlando for the past several years.

We have stayed at Highlands Reserve several times and decided that this would be the best place for us to buy our villa. Not only do you have the ease of playing golf, you have restaurants, a 24hr supermarket an English and an Irish bar to have a drink in just two minutes down the road.
