Three condos in this listing all are on Siesta key beach. Siesta key beach has been officially ranked as the “finest, whitest sand beach in the world.” All three condos feature full-size kitchen, large flat-screen TV, modern décor., free wireless internet, heated swimming pool, hot tub. No car needed to the beach or restaurants. Condo B is a 2B/2B that is on the beach side, Located in Siesta Beach Club steps away to the beach, with minimal 2-3 days rental. Please see pictures with "condo B" on it.

Condo A is a 1B/1B about 1 mile north of condo B on the bay side. This large 1 B 1 B condo located in a large high rise building, The Harbor Tower, close to all activities with 2weeks minimal rental. It located on the sixth floor of a luxury hotel resort, facing the gulf with the view of siesta key beach and the gulf. I enjoy sitting in the back of the building watching boats go by , manatees and dolphins…. So much to do , and it’s in the shade in the afternoon. Tour bus scheduled in front of the building if you want to go public beach or go downtown without driving. Amenities including GYM, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gills, tennis courts, marina, island gazebo, and a lot more... 2 week minimum rental for condo A. No pets allowed in all locations. Please see pictures about both condos. All condos are using the calendar. please call me for detailed calendar information. condo A has a marina on the back of the building and able to sit by inland water way. Fun of both side of water. Condo A (1/1) has a base rate of $180 per night at low season, Condo B (2/2) allows shorter rental, has a base rate of $280 per night. Please talk to me about the details and savings before you reserve or if you have any questions. Condo C is a beautiful retirement condo with long term rental only. It’s located on the corner unit with beautiful view off the inland water way from all the rooms and patio . It’s a 2/2 with the best retirement home style. Monthly or seasonal rental. $7800 per month . Totally worth the value. See the view picture of condo C.

Short getaway

The property was exactly as it looked - beautiful! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pools were great and not crowded at all! The location is ideal for going into Sarasota or Siesta Key Village. Mary the owner was excellent to work with and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We cannot wait to rent it again!

A relaxing getaway

we love water front houses. bought the house in Jan 2020 in expectation of my retirement. I love the community and friendly neighbors and the beach and all activities. But due to the COVID situation, I will push out my retirement plan by 3 to 4 years. Will rent it out for the same time period. We love entertain and enjoy having friends from all over the country.

Why they chose this property

You can take a run on the most famous siesta key beach every morning or rest at home for some quiet time. This the the top tourist location and always so beautiful all year round. We take care of you as our guest.

What makes this property unique

If you are a fisherman or you want a rental boat to entertain, you can get a boat and park right under the condo. Only a few locations in the key can have that privilege. That is my favorite thing to do. I am sure you will enjoy no matter you are a beach goer or a fisherman, you will have the best of both world.
