This Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a pre-war building on a tree lined street in the lovely Halensee neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops in walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated, while high ceilings and original hardwood floor offer historic charm. You will find a luxurious and cozy home away from home to discover the exciting city of Berlin.

The Halensee neighborhood is located in the former American Sector of Berlin, nestled between the Grunewald area with its elegant mansions and expansive woodlands and the bustling West Berlin city center with the Ku’damm as its main shopping boulevard. It offers easy access to the museums and major tourist attractions of the West and East Berlin city centers as well as the ICC convention center, and is ideal for families and couples as well as single tourists and business travelers.

The Apartment includes two separate bedrooms, a large living room, a modern kitchen with dining area, 1 full and 1 half bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a large closet and twin sized bunk beds. The living room has a cozy seating area with flat-screen TV and a separate dining/work/game table. the couches can be converted into queen sized beds, offering additional sleeping space if needed. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave/oven combination, toaster, coffee maker, water heater, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

Wireless internet is available at no additional cost. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Luggage storage is available at the owner's apartment in the same building if needed. The new Berlin-Brandenburg airport (BER) is a 40 minute taxi ride away (fare approx. 70 €/ US$ 80). Alternatively, you can use the S-Bahn (see BVG homepage for public transit route planner). The train station Halensee is within a 5 minute walk from the house, the nearest bus stop and a taxi station are located on the corner.

Sehr schönes Appartement/ heel mooi Appartement in een leuke buurt

Wir hatten super Tagen im tollen Appartement. Schöne Nachbarschaft und eine Spielplatz nebenan wo unsere Tochter (9 Jahre ) viel Spaß hatte. Geräumiges Appartement und alles ist vorhanden! Die Inhaberin ist auch sehr nett und freundlich. Wie werden dichter das appartement noch mal buchen. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in het mooie en ruime appartement. In een mooie en gezellige buurt met veel leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes in de buurt. Naast het appartement is een leuke speeltuin waar onze dochter (9 jaar ) veel plezier heeft gehad. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en reageert snel op berichten en vragen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Lovely apartment in a great location

What an amazing base!

My husband, 3 teenage children and myself have just returned from short break at this great apartment. Susanne is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble for her. The apartment is located in an upmarket neighbourhood and is extremely spacious, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and has everything you could possibly need in a holiday rental. It's location is perfect, there are lots of bakeries, greengrocers, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and a great supermarket all with a 2 minute walk. The S Bahn which connects to the U Bahn and takes you to anywhere in Berlin is only a 5 minute walk away and there is a great ice cream parlour opposite the station! We had an amazing time in Berlin, there is so much to see and do and everyone is so friendly. We have stayed in lots of holiday rentals in Europe and Susanne's is truly the best! We hope to return sometime soon.
