The kitchen/dining room area comes with a 42' flat screen TV and the living room comes with a 55' flat screen TV and also includes a free standing bar. The home is very light and bright, as it has been recently renovated and updated with all new furnishings, appliances, tile, paint, cabinets, granite, light fixtures and more. It has an amazing fenced backyard with fruit trees (oranges, lemons and grapefruit), there's plenty of room to entertain, BBQ, or just take in the Arizona Sun. Stunning views of the 4th hole on the Grand View Golf Course. The property is located 15 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium. Within the community are 3 swimming pools, 3 health clubs and 7 golf courses. The security is top notch, as the Posse patrols the neighborhood at all times. Perfect home with relaxing patio and view

We thoroughly enjoyed this nice home which is located in a great area of Sun City West. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and nice bedding. Rhonda always responded quickly to any questions and really cares about her renters. We plan to rent this home again.

Beautiful Home!

We rented this home for 3 months. Wish it had been longer! Everything was perfect for us. Rhonda is great to work with, and I hope we can do it again. Location was great. We enjoyed watching the golfers and seeing the sunset every night. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We hated to leave.

We are not ready to retire yet, but are looking forward to the time when we can. I hope our guests enjoy the unique and fulfilling lifestyle Del Webb communities are known for and partake in the many amenities available in Sun City West.

Why they chose this property

You will love this house. It's light and bright with skylights and transom windows throughout. The decore is fresh and a bit modern. The back yard is larger than most with a giant patio and pergola that extends across the entire back side of the house with a terrific view of the golf course and the White Tank Mountains.

What makes this property unique

My favorite times have been on the back patio in the morning when the birds are enjoying their morning bath in the fountain and the humming birds are zooming by sucking up the sweet nectar from the flowering fruit trees, On a few occasions I have caught a glimpse of a coyote napping on the golf course.
