Worst stay ever

Windows do not lock - we accidentally locked our keys in our car and asked the owner to open our room, he didn’t have the right key so he crawled through the window. That’s when we found out the windows don’t lock. Front gate was unlocked the whole time we were there Every time I had a shower it stunk like sewage Parties across the street had very loud fire works The pool is ice cold Very little sun on the property Kitchen was super small No microwave or blender, the owners wife brought one down for us after few days

Das Appartement ist abgewöhnt und dreckig . Alles in der Küche hat geklebt und irgendwelche kleinen schwarzen Tieren waren im Appartement. Gebucht waren 17 Tage nach 3 Tagen bin ich ausgezogen . Hatte mir was anderes gesucht . Es war das Geld nicht wert.

Quiet and Quaint Accommodations in Costambar

Property is well maintained with a lot of flora on the grounds. Studio is nicely furnished and clean. Location is very close to Costambar beach. Property building is located up a small hill and studio is up a few stairs. Only negative for me was lack of air conditioning (I knew beforehand) but fan made it comfortable. Would recommend to others if A/C isn't an issue. Owner was very responsive and on site if needed.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy this property because we wanted to be in a gated comunity, very close to the beach and not far from town. Inside Costambar we do not even need a car. We have a choice of 5 different restaurants, 1 Pizza place and lots of beach bars who also serve food during the day time.

What makes this property unique

All my customers like the beautiful tropical garden, the view from the terrace overlooking the pool area and the garden and the beautiful beach just 200m away from the property.
