Darling little house with sunrise views on the west shore of South Lake Leelanau. Lake Escape is a great location for a family vacation! This is a Sunday - Sunday rental for prime summer weeks. Short stays available off peak.

This home sleeps 8 with 3 bedroom and 1 bath. 2 Queens, 1 Full, and 1 sofa bed on porch that overlooks water.

There is an air-conditioned enclosed sun room with great views of the lake - perfect for dining or playing games. Full kitchen, washer and dryer also provided.

This property has beautiful landscaping down to the water. Enjoy the lake with the provided paddle boat or canoe. Float out to the sandbar for the best swimming. The kids can enjoy the sandy beach with the provided beach toys while you relax in the hammock. Window A/C. WIFI. Dock and mooring are provided and can hold up to a 25 ft boat. Your well-mannered pet is welcome. Linens are included. Cable TV/DVD.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was cold and rainy, but the house was warm and comfortable. This was our second stay at this house and it has e everything that you need... secluded, on the water and not far from anywhere you want to go on the Leelanau Peninsula. Visited too many wineries (lol) but with the harvest days pass we received 5 times what we paid for the pass.

Nice location on the lake. Sun room area and deck were great. Inside home is dated and needs an update. Had an issue with the contract for this property. Several light bulbs were not working and bathroom had rust on the hanger storage area. Cob webs in many places and didn't feel clean - The messages to "Conserve water or tank will fill up" was interesting to say the least. Will not stay at this property again.

Awesome views, close enough to many tourist areas, went to Leland fishtown, Northport and Sutton Bay for day trips had a wonderful time visiting the areas, the best little shops ever. Thank you for sharing your beautiful area with us.

It was too cold for the humans to enjoy the water but our Golden Retriever loved swimming in the lake! The setting was beautiful and the property private. House amenities as described. May return in the summer months to take full advantage of the lake.
