Winterberry Unit #1, is a distinctive and spacious 4-level, 4 bedroom townhouse is located between Killington and Pico ski areas. Upon entering this Townhouse you have a spacious foyer to unload your equipment and gear. Our multi level townhouse is bright and cheery! Lots of windows to bring in the natural light we all love! While relaxing in the living room, enjoy the wood burning fireplace. During summer months you can enjoy all that being in nature has to offer. Close to many trails and local eateries! Don't miss out on this great property!

Vermont Visit

Nice area. Condo a bit outdated. Could use some TLC. Cleaners could pay attention to bathrooms, what’s in the trash, and the dishwasher trays, especially the top rack. Won’t get into the details but a bit concerning. One of the queen beds was very uncomfortable. Gas fireplace wasn’t working. Other than that it suited our needs.

Holiday ski vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was about 15 min drive to Killington and in a convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was in very good shape. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. The kids staying in the downstairs bedroom did think that the queen size bed was too soft and sagged in the middle. They ended up sleeping on futon instead. The other beds seemed fine.

Large and Comfortable Condo in Killington, VT

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and clean condo. We are a family of 7 and were very comfortable. New appliances and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable and new in all but one queen bedroom. We were told that there were new owners....Great job! I saw a few old reviews with complaints about very cold lower level rooms and very hard beds. Not so anymore! My one critique it about the master bathroom...Straight out of the 70's!!!! The sunken large jacuzzi is also where the overhead shower is... the jets did not work and getting into and out of "The Shower" is unnerving. as you have to go up 3 steps to then get into the tub to take a shower. A big positive is that the water was hot and stayed hot in all of the bathrooms. We will definitely book here again! Jeanette & Bruce Chesebrough

Good for big groups but hard beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came with a group of 12 people for 2 nights. The space is great for a large group and only about a 10 minute drive to Killington Ski Resort. The only thing (and it's a big one) is that the beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable. There are four floors and four bedrooms. The top floor is a master bedroom with one bed and own bathroom with Jacuzzi. The jets didn't work for me unless I did something wrong. The main/ground floor has a bathroom, the kitchen, livingroom with pull out sofa bed and balcony with hot tub that fits 6 people. The next floor down has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds and one has 2 single beds. The room with the 2 single beds was very cold, probably because it was next to the glass door that goes out to another balcony. And finally the basement has one bedroom with one bed. It was so cold in there that no one slept there the second night. The townhouse is nice and spacious. Everything about it is good until you sleep because the beds are hard/very firm and most of the rooms are freezing at night.
