Get the best of both locations with this beach side property called Beach Road. Located across the street with direct access to Siesta Key beach and just a few blocks from Siesta Key Village which offers a myriad of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.

Enter through the front door and step into the open living and dining area. The living room is furnished with lounge seating for 4 and 55" SMART TV. The dining area is furnished with dining set with seating for 4. Additional guests can enjoy a queen-size Murphy bed with a Casper mattress in the front section of the living room. The galley style kitchen at Beach Road offers ample storage and is equipped with a 4-piece stainless steal appliance package. Up front you have the beach side suite furnished with queen-size bedroom set and has access to an ensuite bathroom featuring a stall shower. In the rear you have the master suite furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and access to its own ensuite bath featuring a stall shower and his/hers sinks. There is a Pack 'n Play available. Washer/Dryer is shared among 2 other studio units and is located in a breezeway behind the home and is free to use.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday reservation required during high season and summer unless booking 30 days or less in advance. Other months require 5 night minimum unless booking 30-days or less in advance 3 night minimum may be accepted.

2-weeks at the Bungalow

The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.

Good Siesta Key Location

The property was as described. Very close to the beach. Had everything we needed but the refrigerator was not very cold and the freezer did not freeze ice in 3 days. Beds were comfortable.

Siesta Key bungalow

The most amazing location. We did have a roof leak due to some really heavy rains. They came and checked on it quickly. I would recommend new mattresses but that is the only thing. Very budget friendly and you cannot beat the location.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our vacation in Siesta Key! We loved the location of the house just across the street from the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants! We’d love to visit again one day.
