About this property

You can wake up and walk to the secluded beach to watch the sunrise just a few steps from your front door. Ride your bike to nearby grocery store, wine bar, and restaurants. Spotless 3 bedroom, two bath home, with a family room with 65" TV, brand new (and fully stocked) chef's dream kitchen with coffee nook, entertainment room with small TV and foosball table and games and puzzles, breakfast table, and so much more. The home has beach cruiser bikes, wagon, kayaks with carts, cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and skim boards, and much more for even easier access to the beach. Also walking distance to the river, Post Office and Village Beach Shops. Disney Resort & historic Jungle Trail are just north of this property.

So much more within a close radius. This is a perfect bungalow to watch the turtles nest and lay their eggs May through November and hear the sound of the ocean during your swim in the pool.

Can arrange airport transport from MLB, MCO, or PBI for an additional fee.

This is a real home, and it is in Florida. We spare no expense in the maintenance or preventative maintenance, but every once and a while there are some bumps in the road. Certain seasons we have ghost ants, no-see-ums, heat, weather events, etc. We do everything in our power to address these issues, but sometimes there are acts of nature or mechanical events that are out of our control. If you cannot laugh about this and know we will do everything in our power to fix it, the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa is truly lovely and they have on-site concierge services for those with immersive hospitality expectations. Our goal is for everyone to be happy and receive what they want, but understand we cannot make everyone happy. This is a single-family vacation rental and we respect our guests' privacy.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

The house was absolutely beautiful and well kept. There were multiple living spaces, that were all geared towards comfort and socializing. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy and fun to entertain our family. We also loved the fire pit and were so grateful to the hosts for warming up the pool for us, as the Florida weather wasn’t as warm as we were hoping! It was super easy to get to the town and grocer and it was great to walk to the beach.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa that had everything that you could ask for and more. It was lovely being so close to the beach, and there was a nice bistro round the corner. The house was very well stocked with essentials. We had a couple of “operator errors” at the start, but these were sorted and explained very promptly. Impressive customer service.

We had an amazing family holiday - the house has everything you need to enjoy a lovely, relaxing family holiday; it is very well maintained and just steps from the beach.

Perfect for a large group.

Nice Villa, good location near to beach. Very well stocked with all the basics. I made good use of the bikes to cycle to 7 11 and Ocean Drive.

Luxury beach location

We had the most fabulous time, the house was beautifully furnished and situated 150 yards from the beach, We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. Vero Beach is a short drive and has many excellent restaurants. We would love to return. The house exceeded our very high expectations. Thank you Amanda

Why they chose this property

This bungalow is just far enough away to be a perfect beach escape. I also LOVE the beach here for more of a locals experience. The floor plan is perfect for cooking and enjoying the pool view. Beachcomber Bungalow Home #3833706 is north A1A just south 10 minutes from the Disney Beach Resort. This home is within a very short walking distance to the beach/ocean and a boutique shopping center with an awesome restaurant called Citron Bistro serving breakfast, lunch & dinners, plus take out.

What makes this property unique

The house has bikes, beach wagon, kayaks with tow carts, toys, pool floaties, beach towels, and everything you could need for a nice beach vacation. When you are ready to get out of the sun and relax, the entertainment room is perfect to chill in and watch TV after a full day. It is a great home for a romantic escape, or a family adventure. Good place to stay to get involved in the yoga community and create a yoga retreat
