Welcome to Villa Sonrisa, our luxurious vacation home located right in the middle of all the Central Florida magic. Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a private movie theater, exercise center, lagoon-style zero-entry pool, water park with water slides, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds (main clubhouse/community pool is 4 tenths of a mile or 8 minute walk away from our home).

The floor plan of this particular home offers privacy for each of the 5 bedrooms as they all have their own full bath -- three are king master suites, one is a queen bedroom and there's also an adorable twin/twin room for the kids. Every bedroom features it's own flat screen HDTV. Everyone will enjoy the open living area with a big 75" HDTV that is Chromecast and Apple Airplay enabled so you can stream all your favorites from Netflix, HBO, YouTube, and more (note: your own subscription services are required). DVD Players are also at the home.

The fully screened private pool and spa area features a sunny Southwestern exposure. Our shaded outdoor entertainment area, with upgraded dining furniture, twin overhead fans, and a propane BBQ grill (complimentary), makes for the perfect place to lounge or dine. The saltwater pool is much gentler on your skin, eyes, and swimwear than a typical chlorine-based pool. There's a spill-over spa for soaking in after a long day at the parks and, of course, our signature water basketball game that the whole family will enjoy.

The real fun begins in Villa Sonrisa's air conditioned and fully finished game room featuring: pool table with 9 ball and snooker balls, pinball, bubble hockey, 60-in-1 stand-up video game machine, electronic darts, big screen TV, desktop computer, and a comfortable lounger with pub table. Our home is connected to Blue Stream Fiber internet with up to 500Mbps multipoint WiFi service throughout so everyone can work/game/stream to their heart's content.

No extra charge for Pool Heat or BBQ Propane. 5 Night minimum stay.

Excellent stay

This villa was fantastic . Very spacious and had everything we needed for a stay in Florida . The family spent lots of time in the fully equipped games room and heated swimming pool . Clean and all beds made when we arrived . Nothing we could fault we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa so thank you to the owners . If we were to return to Florida we would certainly wish to stay there again Thank you

Great villa. Shame about the neighbours

Absolutely loved the stay here other than the final weekend when the neighbours to the left partied all night on the Friday and Saturday. Loud music and shouting both nights for the whole night left us with little sleep. Finally got some quiet time on the Sunday night. I understand that it had nothing to do with our villa and was just one of those things.

Week at Disney

We stayed here for a week in August as we were in the US for 7 weeks. The house is a very good size especially downstairs. All bedrooms have bathrooms so it's great for families. Kitchen is a good size too and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area is lovely and was ok for our party of 5, I would say it is probably a bit small for more than 6 people. Pool was lovely. There is an outside bbq too which we made the most of. The games room is a huge bonus and was a hit with our children. If I had one negative I would say it was the cleanliness of the villa. The house was very dusty especially the living room and dining area. The main tv was covered in handprints and the floors needed a deep clean as your feet got quite dirty quickly when walking on them. The villa is in a great location for Disney, it's less than a 10 minute drive to the main Disney parks and there is a huge Walmart less than a mile away. There are ample shops, restaurants and take aways very close by.

Perfectly situated within a secure gated development. Villa Sonrisa provided the perfect base to access the parks, with easy access to restaurants and shops also. The facilities within the villa are excellent, with the games room and pool being particular focal points when we had some down time. The beds are exteremely comfortable and Juli responds to any issue or question without delay. Fantastic vacation was had by all.

We were very patient in our search for just the right home and it paid off. This particular house had the perfect combination of open floor plan, luxurious appointments, and air conditioned/fully furnished game room -- when we saw the sunny south-west facing pool orientation it really sealed the deal. One added bonus, this house being on a corner bend provides a feeling of space and privacy that most other homes in the Windsor complex can't match.
