Imóvel muito bem cuidado, super aconchegante, tudo maravilhoso!

Amamos nossa estadia! Prédio muito seguro, apto muito aconchegante, cozinha completa com todos os utensílios novos e limpos, colchões e travesseiros confortáveis. O Renato foi sempre muito atencioso. Tbm é perto de mercado, farmácia... Muitoooo perto da praia com uma barraquinha com otimas opcoes de porções e bebidas, preço camarada e garçons simpáticos. Enfim... valeu muito a pena. Próxima vez que voltarmos a Florianópolis ja sabemos onde ficar.

condominio rio vermelho ( Renato)

ola bom dia. a minha estadia e da minha família no apartamento de vcs, foi maravilhoso, fomos bem recepcionados, o apartamento muito organizado limpo cheiroso do jeito que foi passado para nos, tinha todos os utensílios de cozinha afinal muito completo. E um quarteirão da praia dos Ingleses. Alem de tudo tem para oferecer aos clientes comodidade como cadeiras, guarda sol, tudo que precisa para levar a praia. E um lugar seguro e bem aconchegado. Agradeço a vc Renato e a sua esposa por ter nos recebidos muito bem... Grata ate Abril se Deus permitir.... Um grande abraço...

excelente.......

olá.......apto em ótimo estado de conservação, ar condicionado em todos os quartos, todos os utensílios domésticos necessários...ou seja, com muito mais coisas do que na minha casa.......e muito próximo da praia com muitos pescadores que encantam a praia dos Ingleses....

Ótima localização!! Apartamento confortável!

Passei um mês no apartamento do Felipe. Me senti em casa. O apartamento é muito bom, do jeitinho que é mostrado mas fotos! Possui tudo o que vc precisa, como se estivesse em casa. Tem todos os utensílios que vc precisa se quiser cozinhar em casa. Muito limpa e fácil de limpar se for ficar mais tempo. A praia é muito perto, da pra ir a pé. Supermercado, restaurantes, tudo para uma estadia tranquila. O Felipe nos recebeu muito bem e nos ofereceu ajuda pra tudo que precisássemos! Férias deliciosas!
