This home has been remodeled several times by the owners with high quality furnishings, fittings, and equipment to make your vacation stay as comfortable as if you were in your own home. As you arrive in through the screened entry front door, you will notice the beautiful tile used throughout the first floor living and dining areas which stay cool and comfortable year round. In 2020, the owners added gray and beige luxury vinyl plank flooring to replace the carpeting so that the home has only hard floors The home has two story living areas with massive ceiling fans and oversized chandeliers which are both lovely and useful. The twin sets of sliding glass doors look out to the west facing screened pool area which overlooks a small and tranquil lake, where you and your guests can enjoy the sunset.
The living room is furnished with modular leather seating and ottomans which allow you to reconfigure them at your convenience to suit your mood or your activity. There is a large flat panel TV within a large wooden entertainment center that contains a DVD player as well as 100's of DVD's for your enjoyment. The glass dining table at the end of the room seats 6 comfortably and allows your guests to enjoy the view during their meals. The formal dining room table is very substantial and has been site of many happy occasions and holidays.
The extensively remodeled kitchen features beautiful cherry wood cabinets with Corian counters, multiple microwaves and lots and lots of cooking equipment (calphalon, bread machine, mixers, processors, bakeware, slow cooker, blender, etc.), serving ware, and spode dishes, and heavy flatware, etc. (all in more than adequate quantities) to make any meal a celebration! The home also features two dishwashers to make clean up super fast and easy so that you can get back to enjoying all the fun that the Orlando area has to offer.
The first floor also has a single bedroom with queen size bed that overlooks the pool area and a bathroom with shower. The laundry room has front load washer and dryer, laundry sink and lots of additional storage, etc. There are plenty of bath and pool towels for your visit.
There are 3 bedrooms (all with queen beds) and a bathroom upstairs (with large walk in shower with seat area, dual head and 6 body spray shower tower and dual glass bowl sinks) that connect with a separate media area with flat panel screen, DVD player and, again, lots and lots of DVD's for you enjoyment, in theater style leather seating for your comfort and convenience (including cupholders).
The master suite area has a queen size bed with a beautiful view of the pool and lake area to the west. It has a separate flat screen TV with DVD player and generous furnishings including a desk with adjustable makeup light. The master bathroom has his and her vanity areas with glass bowl sinks and generous storage and medicine chests. The master bathroom tub is garden style for a long deep soak, should you have the time. However, most guests prefer to use the massive floor to ceiling steam shower 'room', which also has dual shower heads, body sprays and a generous seating area for maximum relaxation.
The pool area is west facing and has a very generous deck that is furnished with 3 wrought iron chase loungers (cushions are stored in the garage) and a teak table with chairs for your use while in the home. The pool area is screened to protect you from insects and other uninvited guests (read: ducks, birds, gators!).
The home benefits from the recent completion of significant road improvements to and from Disney making it even faster to get to the fun for you and your family. Orlando is also home to numerous other attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios & Island of Adventure, countless golf courses and unbelievable shopping that central Florida has to offer.
