Duplex apartment, the first floor consisting of 1 suite, 1 large living room, toilet, balcony, kitchen and service area.

On the second floor two great suites and terrace with showers for bath after beach, is not to be used as an area for fun or leisure. (Subject to a fine of the condominium).

We have satellite TV Claro TV basic package.

We do not accept pets.

The outlets are 110W, as in every state of Rio, we do not provide 220W outlets.

We do not offer bed and bath linen.

Muito boa! Quando cheguei um dos banheiros estava com água fria. Mas nao vi necessidade de pedir para trocar a resistência pois havia outro com agua quente e um com água morna. Tive todo suporte necessário do dono e tbm da portaria. A portaria é 24horas e Todos super educados. Saí bastante a noite e sempre que voltei, os porteiros estavam atentos. Casa arrejada e tem todos os utensílios de cozinha.

Departamento grande y comodo segun fotos. Le falta limpieza y la caludad de colchones es muy mala. 15 minutos caminando a playa Do Forte. Supermercado farmacias y buses alrededor del depto. Aceptable

Bom custo benefício

Apartamento de acordo com o anunciado. Tem uma boa localização, embora não tão próximo a praia. Prós: todos os quartos com banheiro. Contras: não ter ar condicionado, qualidade do colchão, potência do fogão, caixas acopladas dos banheiros superiores vazando.

Excelente imóvel. Recomendo!

Excelente imóvel, muito amplo, destaco que o mesmo tem 3 quartos todos eles com banheiros o que é um diferencial, se encontrava bastante limpo, condomínio com portaria 24 horas, bastante organizado, e tem a melhor localização de Cabo Frio perto de tudo (Lojas, supermercados, padarias, rodoviária, farmácia, etc) e próximo a praia, Não há acesso a garagem do condomínio mas não tivemos nenhum problema em deixarmos o carro na rua em frente ao prédio, que tem bastante movimento no horário comercial e é bastante tranquila após este horário. O locatário Sr Bruno e o zelador Sr Tião são muito atenciosos, só tenho que agradecer e dizer que voltaremos em breve a nós hospedar no imóvel. Recomendo!

ÓTIMO...RECOMENDO!

Super Recomendo! Imóvel Bem Localizado. Próximo ao supermecado, a lojas americanas, proximo ao Extra, perto do Shopping e perto da Praia do Forte ( a melhor da região). Em relação a limpeza, estava tudo muito limpo e organizado. Os quartos sao grandes e bem arejados. Fui muito bem recepcionada....Adorei Pretendo Voltar Mais Vezes!
