This is not a hotel; it is a privately owned condo facing the ocean with a view of swaying palms and turquoise waters. The Jungle Breeze condo is the perfect getaway for a romantic couple or a small family. The Jungle Breeze condo features a fabulous view of the ocean and the beach.

The road construction around the condominium property mentioned in reviews has been completed as of February 2022, there are still road construction projects happening around the island but none that affect this property.
Activities and Attractions : At Smathers beach you will find available such activities as windsurfing, sail boarding, snorkeling and kayak or Jet Ski tours. Old Town, Key West and Duval St are about 1mile away and there you will find dozens of restaurants, famous bars, art galleries, museums, live theater, boutique shopping and tours available on both land and sea. Key West is a bicycle friendly town and this is a great option for touring our small island of 2 miles by 4 miles.

Covid 19 : the mask order in Key West has been rescinded but you will find some businesses do require a mask to enter their premises so please always carry a mask with you. Residents of LaBrisa Condominiums may be required to wear a mask on the elevator if there have been reported cases of Covid on the property.

Fabulous accommodation at a great location

Condo had everything we needed with a spectacular view from the balcony looking out on the ocean. Pam very helpful and she has clearly thought of all your vacationing needs with the facilities in the condo. Lovely little community with heated pool and warm hearted residents and guests. Quiet location other than being close to Key West airport with occasional loud jets going over, but only in the daytime. Just a short ride into town or better still a lovely bicycle ride. Would highly recommend a stay at Jungle Breeze.

Just perfect

Great space. Immaculately clean and all the white goods were to a high standard. The condo is well equipped.The location is perfect. Just hire the bikes and enjoy Key West. Only need the car for the supermarket run. Would not hesitate to book if returning to Key West.

Very well equipped!

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at La Brisa! The condo was just as described online. The furniture was comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was amazingly equipped. The view was excellent and we really appreciated the covered parking. It was easy to get in and out of and was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay during our daughter's wedding week! Thank you!

Room with a view

We loved the place. Very clean and well stocked. Relaxing but a short distance to town. Love the view. The owner gave a great information booklet.

Great Condo in Key West

The property is across the street from the beach, and includes a heated pool and hot tub. The condo itself has everything needed for a comfortable stay, from beach towels, sand chairs, and a cooler, to kitchen amenities, to a washer/drier. The best part is the file of recommendations for local points of interest and restaurants, written up by the property manager Pamela. Although it's a hike from the condo to the main downtown area, bike rentals are an option, and if you rent a car, there's a parking space in the condo complex for the car. GREAT OPTION for a relaxing Key West vacation!

I have been living in Key West since 1992 having moved here from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been doing vacation rentals since 2004 and my three properties keep me plenty busy. My properties are strictly rentals and they are not a second home. I operate as a business using my Florida Corporation called Scotia, Inc. and the rentals are my primary source of income. All three properties are licensed as transient rentals with both with the City of Key West and with the State of Florida.

Your Condo by the Beach, The Jungle Breeze has a long name because of it's history of being known as the Jungle Breeze Condo since 2004 and I added the "Beach" reference when I started advertising with HomeAway. The water view from this condo is superb and a rarity in Key West Vacation Rentals. I am thrilled to be able to offer such a unique vacation rental. I lived at the LaBrisa Condominiums property many years ago and have served on the Board of Directors. It is an exceptionally well maintained property with onsite management. The LaBrisa property is gated and offers excellent security. The public beach across the street is a constant source of activity and people watching pleasure.
