Our Private Beach Apartment is located at the impressive resort of Kiotari Beach in South Rhodes. This Newly Renovated Beachfront Accommodation is located at a Hilltop Position and offers Magnificent Views of the Mediterranean Sea and Breathtaking Sunsets. One key feature that separates us from other accommodation in Rhodes is our Very Large Beachfront Terrace that is for your private use only that no one else has access to. So we invite you to wake up and walk down your own Private Walkway that leads to the Crystal Clear Blue Sea and Live the Dream.

The 144 square meter (1,550 square feet) interior of the Apartment accommodates up to 6 persons and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a breakfast bar. There are 3 separate bedrooms in the Apartment featuring a beautiful sea view from the master bedroom and TV satellite in each room for your enjoyment. There are also 2 bathrooms for your convenience which includes a washing machine. We also have full WIFI in the entire Apartment and outside beach view sitting areas. All bedrooms and interior area of the Apartment are fully air conditioned for your comfort.
The Front Exterior entrance of the Apartment offers a garden view and private parking next to our building. The Beach Side Exterior offers a very spacious terrace for your private use only. It offers many sitting areas for you to select from and sun beds for your relaxation all overlooking the fantastic sea view.
The Kiotari area is locally referred to as the newest beach resort in Rhodes. Our Apartment in Kiotari has been designed to be rented for short and long term holidays with a minimum stay of 5 nights and a maximum stay of 4 months and offers all of the amenities needed to fulfill your holiday needs. Most of the holiday makers are families or couples looking for peace and quiet by the sea. At Kiotari you can also enjoy excellent Greek Tavernas, shopping, water sports, fishing, snorkeling, hiking trails and a variety of Long Beaches ranging from small pebbles to sandy.

On the day of your arrival, the Apartment will be clean and ready for you FREE OF CHARGE. Our Apartment is a self catering accommodation which includes cleaning tools and supplies in the apartment.

On the day of your arrival, we are required to see your identification (passport) and you must also sign our standard apartment rental agreement.

Super Terrasse mit einzigartigem Ausblick auf das Meer. Leider kein Grill vorhanden. Leider keine Außenbeleuchtung bei dieser wirklich großen Terrasse vorhanden.

More than five stars!

I wish I could give more than five stars. The apartment was amazing. It was really clean, very spacious and it was equipped with everything you could ask for! And the panorama windows with a view over the huge terrace und the sea right behind it were breathtaking. It's also located closely to very good restaurants. Plus the check in and check out with the host were super easy. We had the best time possible.

Super Apartment mit Wow-Effekt!

Der erste Eindruck: Das Apartment bietet viel Platz und der reicht bestenfalls bis zum Horizont. Unser Gastgeber Filippo empfing uns freundlich und die Übergabe war vollkommen unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung modern und komfortabel, die Ausstattung optimal... und alles funktionierte! Ob W-LAN, Herd, Kühlschrank oder Klimaanlage - alles bestens. Die riesige Terrasse und der Blick über das Meer waren fantastisch. Bequeme Stühle und Liegen, und eben viel Raum, um immer wieder mal die Perspektive zu wechseln oder der Hitze zu entkommen. Nicht zu vergessen, der private Meerzugang. Unbedingt Badeschuhe tragen, oder wenige Meter "um die Ecke" zum Baden gehen. Alles zusammen: ein Traum! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Und wenn noch ein Wunsch offen wäre: dann vielleicht noch ein Außenlicht für die Terrasse. Denn hier ist es so schön, dass man eigentlich gar nicht schlafen gehen möchte... Filippo, herzlichen Dank für dieses kleine Paradies!
