Beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 3-bathroom pool home just 5 minutes from Disney Parks!! 1 mile away from the New Margarita Resort. Located in the quiet community of Indian Creek which is 1/2 mile south of 192/Vine St in Kissimmee but still close to many shops and restaurants. This magnificent vacation rental features Quarts kitchen countertops, tile flooring throughout the home with laminate flooring in all bedrooms which consist 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 with a King Master bedroom with En-Suite Garden Spa Tub and 2nd bedroom queen bed and En-suite bathroom as well. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 Twin Beds each. The home also includes Free High-Speed WIFI There are 5 wall-mounted smart TVs with Roku, Netflix, and YouTube. There is an XBOX with a few games as well as a Stereo with a CD Player and 2 DVD players. The large and fully equipped kitchen will have what you need to enjoy breakfast and meals. The large pool deck area is screened and enclosed as well as a covered lanai with added privacy as there is a privacy fence surrounding the back yard for you to relax and enjoy after a busy day at the parks. Private Pool - Games Room which includes Foosball and Air Hockey for a night of fun

Villa was exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable here and loved the pool area.

Thanks Lisa, you were in touch on day 1 and throughout our stay. Nothing to complain about which is quite unusual for us 😀. Really enjoyed staying in the villa while exploring Orlando

Perfect location!

We found the perfect accommodation! Visited Florida for the first time, visiting the Disney & universal parks. Honestly, just a 10 minute drive to Disney every morning. Universal 25 minutes drive. Also, minutes away from many eateries - something to suit everyone. Two families were staying in the villa, it was very spacious. The games room was a complete hit with the kids! We did pay extra for pool heating as went in April, this was worth every penny as kids were able to use the pool any time of the day. Everything in good working order & spotlessly clean. Lisa was very easy to deal with, prompt responses. Extremely attentive & made sure we were happy at all times. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Disney Villa

6 of us stayed here for our 2 week Disney "trip of a lifetime" and we had a great holiday. The Villa had loads of space, comfy seating and beds plus a lovely pool to relax in and cool down after the heat of the day and it is in a good location for getting to all the parks. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Lovely villa! Beautifully kept and very much a home from Home.

We were delighted while staying at the villa for 18 nights. From the moment we walked through the door we were so happy. So many homely additions in the interior and soft furnishings. An abundance of towels, bath mats, floor runners etc. Very efficient washing machine and dryer. Outdoors was great too, lots of outdoor furniture and a great pool for a family. We would definitely stay here again if in a Orlando again. The owner is very communicative, always replied to our questions (prior to and during our trip) with speed. Thank you.
