Proprietário com uma conduta irresponsável não confiável

A estadia não foi possível ser usada pelo motivo que o proprietário informou depois de todo o processo de reserva efectuado até ao pagamento que o apartamento não estava disponível, o que comprometia logo á partida a viagem, que me causou grande transtorno á ultima da hora pois obrigou-me a fazer uma pesquisa para fazer uma reserva muito mais dispendiosa.

Falta de comunicação no processo de check-in!!

Apto muito bom,limpo, arejado pois fica no 26 andar. Só houve um pequeno stress no processo de check-in onde tive que esperar cerca de 30 min p o porteiro entrar em contato com o dono do apto p liberar minha entrada!

Apartamento ótimo, CONDIZ com o anúncio.

Imóvel limpo, agradável e conforme descrito no anúncio, condominio organizado, dependências limpas, porteiros solícitos e a noite é agregado um segurança para apoiar, o proprietário é atencioso e disposto no que for preciso, nossa sugestão Sr. Marcio, é de que corrija a distância que está descrita no anúncio, em relação a praia, são bem mais de 200 Mts, e quem aluga presta atenção nestes detalhes. Outra sugestão é disponibilizar equipamentos de cozinha para 5 hóspedes, já que no anúncio é o que comporta. Porém, a localização é privilegiada em relação a custo/beneficio, o imóvel é colado ao Mercado Central, centro cultural , feirinha da madrugada e etc...... Cremos Sr Marcio, que tal comentário vem em prol de ajudar o Sr, que posso me retratar como um amigo, a melhorar um pouco mais o que já é ótimo. ADORAMOS A ESTADIA, E com certeza ao retornarmos a Fortaleza ficaremos hospedados no seu imóvel. Um forte abraço meu e de minha esposa.
