House is located in the center of Maringá-RJ on the banks of the Rio Preto, next to shops (markets, restaurants, etc.) with 120m² lawn (parking for 3 cars and leisure), on the 1st floor: 2 rooms (with 1 fireplace each) / we do not provide firewood), TV29 ', toilet, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker and other utensils), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), bathroom (gas shower), area ( with tank), balcony (with large table for meals by the river), on the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and toilet. Note: We do not provide bed linen and towels.

Dias Fantásticos..

Minha estadia foi ótima, a anfitriã muito prestativa, a limpeza no local tbem foi bem bacana, localização e perfeita, eu estava com 4 idosos eles adoram. Para ficar perfeito faltou a chuva dar uma trégua, tbem se na casa teve-se uma pequena churrasqueira. Daria ao passeio todo o conforto kkkk Super recomendo.

Viagem perfeita!

A casa é muito aconchegante e está situada no melhor ponto da cidade. Ela é grande e com detalhes rústicos muito bonitos. Tem um ótimo ambiente social, sendo ideal para famílias grandes. Tudo na casa, estava funcionando perfeitamente. Os donos são muito simpáticos e estão sempre prontos a ajudar. Indico a qualquer família que queira experimentar um típico ambiente de cidade pequena na montanha.
