Villa La Estancia Luxury Resort - Private Concierge - COMPLETELY REMODELED.

This villa has spectacular views of the ocean and condo grounds. The condo is within walking distance to Cabo San Lucas where you will find fantastic dining such as Tres Sirenas, Gardenias Tacos, and Outpost. Also, there is a mini-mart on campus to make your own lunches and breakfasts in our fully equipped kitchen. The large balcony has a brand new grill to throw some steaks or fish that you can purchase from a nearby grocery store called Selecto Super Chedraui Supermarket.

The balcony is the best feature of the condo and has AFTERNOON SHADE for relaxing evenings!!!! Our condo concierge can make world class fish tacos, guacamole and amazing margaritas if you desire. Also, I highly recommend his team to make fresh ceviche.

The resort premises are beautiful and have amazing amenities to offer: an incredible restaurant, spectacular pool bar, fantastic poolside dining and an immaculate, fully equipped gym. There's a massage and sauna area as well. Our concierge can also coordinate a boat trip for you if you like.

Our condo 3509 has been completely renovated, so everything is new. Please enjoy the beauty. We are starting to add new artwork from local artists that is very colorful.

Even nicer than the photos - beautiful condo and resort

After a long day of travel it was so nice to have Johana waiting with margaritas, chips,salsa and guac and she was very helpful during our stay. The unit is beautiful and the balcony is huge with a great view and morning sunshine/afternoon shade. It’s an easy walk (about 20 min) to downtown Cabo via either the beach or the road or a quick taxi ride. The food and drinks at the resort are very expensive so we mostly ate breakfast and lunch in and went out for dinners. The only things that weren’t provided that we could have used were an extra roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge or something to wash pans, and washcloths in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again if we came back!!

Amazing!

This is a beautiful resort with all the amenities a family could ask for. It was clean, beautiful and super kind and polite staff! Alberto was especially sweet and took care of us at the pool! Eating on property will add up fast but overall worth it! Lareina and Ernesto company super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

We were pleasently surprised with this amazing property. Everything we needed was right there! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at!

Great two bedroom condo

This condo is clean, very spacious with a large patio. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals as we did not add the resort’s AI option. The owner provided great communication pre arrival and when we had flights cancelled she tried to offer an alternative for us!! Beautiful resort, La Estancia, with great pool on swimmable beach area of Medano Beach. Staying in this resort gives access to neighbouring sister resort pools/restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely vacation in a great unit

Our stay at Villa La Estancia in this unit was nice and relaxing. The resort is well maintained and the food was very good. Booking with Lareina was smooth and she was really helpful in accommodating our requests. One really nice touch was that there were items left in the unit like cooking oil, coffee filters, etc. This made it easy to just go buy some basics and make use of the kitchen, etc. Friends we were traveling with had a different unit from a different owner and it was bare other then than a small amount of basic toiletries.

We are an international couple that loves to travel the world! We have two fantastic college kids: one in Italy and the other in Michigan. We reside in a mountain side community in central California. We definitely love nature and shopping.

Why they chose this property

We can't get enough of Cabo! The people are truly friendly, and the food is fantastic! We also like to go nearby to San Jose for the art scene. And, we love to whale watch around Cabo during the right time of year.

What makes this property unique

I think the best thing are the various types of tacos. Of course there's great steak and fish in town, but the spices and varieties of tacos with handmade tortillas are my favorite.
