REDUCED SPECIAL SPRING RATE: Fabulous Guest House: huge two level charming house, on the quiet secluded HARRY WARNER ESTATE ( Warner Brother's Studios founder ) with historical park-like grounds in Beverly Hills. Marilyn Monroe and many celebrities stayed here over the years... Ideal for a single or couple, possibly small children alongside the master bedroom with private bath... there in the living room is a double-bed sleep sofa with private bathroom downstairs. A nearby hotel charges $ 1,500 a night for a small bedroom suite, compared to our two-story completely private, amazing Guest House which provides you a tennis court and a retreat of peace and quiet right outside your front door!

You will find every comfort within its walls. Upon entry to the two story house, you are greeted by the kitchenette with mini-fridge and breakfast table, where many a meal can be enjoyed with a bathroom and large stone-lined walk-in shower. A walk up the staircase, delivers one to the spacious living area with faulted high-ceilings and open spaces. Couches and a flat screen HD television ( with full HBO, Showtime, etc. ) are at your leisure's beck and call.

Or perhaps you would like to take a seat and kick your feet up on the sunny balcony, overlooking the property's manicured and splendid grounds. If a little work is desired, there is a large desk office area with immediate online WiFi service. Beyond the living room, the bedroom can be found. A grand queen-size bed awaits your slumber. The property manager never forwarded arrival instructions, so I reached out the day before I was due to arrive, only to be informed that he was not able to honor my reservation. He did refund my money, but I was left high and dry with no place to stay for 2 weeks in LA. Caveat Emptor!

Fun bungalow in beautiful neighborhood
Enjoyed staying in this beautiful guest house. Wish we had more time to enjoy all this neighborhood has to offer but I did hit the trails in the hills behind the property for my morning runs. Very easy check in/out. Look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Cottage!
We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing historic property! The location is a wonderful walking and running neighborhood. The architecture of the guesthouse is wonderful - beautiful view of the garden and very quiet. The floors are a cool mix of stone and wood. Due to rain, we didn't use the outdoor balcony and patio, but both had comfortable looking furniture. Robert was also stellar to work with on setting up our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Gem of the gems in 90210
It took me a while to gather my thoughts together and I decided to go simple on this and simplicity is the most elegant form... In a quiet neighborhood of 90210 and you cannot find a better location. Robert was extremely helpful in checking me in, and constantly checking up on me if everything is ok. The property has so much history and the glamour of it is timeless... So glad I had the opportunity to stay there and I hope I get to do that again! Thanks again Robert and Daphna, hope we keep in touch!
