This home is beautiful inside and out and sits directly on the intracoastal waterway (100 feet of Intracoastal waterfront). This means that when you are swimming in the heated pool, you will see multi-million dollar yachts driving by, many with celebrities on them. The Intracoastal Waterway is filled with lots of wildlife including manatees, dolphins, and all sorts of fish which are fun to watch. Fish from the dock and you'll be amazed what you catch. The house has HD Comcast Cable (with premium channels) in all of the rooms/bedrooms and High Speed Wireless Internet so bring your laptops (pass-code provided). The home is fully furnished with mattresses, linens, cooking utensils, glassware, and patio furniture including a grill (new in 2023). The home has 4 generous sized bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 giant SEPARATE living room areas meaning a room for the kids to hangout/sleep. The entrance to our neighborhood (Bermuda Riviera) is Gated and many homes in our neighborhood have gated driveways so this is in a very nice part of town with no party noise. Bermuda Riviera is one the safest neighborhood in all of Fort Lauderdale. You can walk the entire neighborhood at any time of day or night in comfort, this is untrue in many other neighborhoods in town. A big plus is you can walk to many restaurants, stores, and beaches from our home as well.

We have our home priced better than any other home on VRBO with a value like ours of $2.5m with 4 beds and 3 baths. Please make sure you check the Redfin/Zillow value of the home you are renting!!! Otherwise you have no indication of the value you are getting. There are some nice homes in some bad areas down here... dont be fooled. We are within walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants.

ATTENTION POTENTIAL RENTERS, HERE'S A TIP!! Make sure when contacting other people about their 'waterfront homes' to make sure to look up their address on google maps. Most of these 'waterfront homes' in Fort Lauderdale are actually located on the small canals which dont have any view except to look into the neighbors house and vise versa. The second thing is that they dont get a view of the Intracoastal Waterway which is where all the mega yachts travel down. I've seen some crazy boats go by such as a speedboat with a rocket engine on it, famous fishing boats I've seen on TV, a JetLev jetpack, and many mega yachts from the people that own Hooters, Life is Good, 5 Guys Burgers, etc... The privacy we have and the ability to boat watch is the best part about our home. None of the neighbors can see our backyard / pool area and we can't see them. Total privacy! Our home is located at a higher level so that the boats driving by cant see us unless we are standing up looking out at them. So there is no privacy concerns from boaters either.
