Fully renovated 1-Bedroom condo located on the 2nd floor. Corner unit at the end of the hall, quiet from street noise above. Easy stair and elevator access to lobby, pool, and other common areas. On site restaurant open during high season, October through April.

Queen mattress in the main bedroom, comfortably sleeps 2. Drawers and nightstands available for storage. Unique decor and flat screen TV with cable. Separate bathroom entry to full bathroom, with sliding middle door to other half bathroom.

Large hallway entrance, shoe rack available, and closet/shelves for storage. Comfortable living room area, with ample seating options. Large 6 seat dining table. Slide out twin mattress under the booth seating, recommended for younger guests, sleeps 1.

March Vacation

It is a condo in a complex on a beautiful bay. The unit was comfortable, has a gorgeous view and easy access to the pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of storage. This is not in the city, so plan ahead. You can walk to palapa restaurants on the beach and there is a mini-mart a 1/4-1/2 mile away, and there is a restaurant on site during the high season. It is very easy to arrange boat trips for fishing, whale watching, snorkeling or rent kayaks and paddle boards from the beach near the palapas - the local captains are very helpful and flexible, and this makes a long cab ride into town completely unnecessary. The bay is very close to Los Arcos so for snorkel/scuba fans, it is the best place to depart from. There are three or four spas offering massage in the palapas - I had a really good massage and the price was reasonable - strongly recommend. The unit itself can be noisy because it is adjacent to the restaurant. The music is not overly intrusive, however, the happy patrons and end of night clean up were. Ear plugs were very helpful. If you are night owls, this will not be a problem as you might go to sleep after it closes. The restaurant is very good, by the way. The building is very secure - gates and guards - and clean. Front desk staff speak English. Lovely flowers and lots of outdoor seating options overlooking the bay. Uber is available and "official" taxis are almost always close by. The guard/door-person will help you with a taxi. Taxi costs are quoted in advance based on distance. We would return without hesitation.

Beautiful location but condo is just “functional”

Mismaloya is gorgeous and this particular condo is 2nd story, on the end, and a perfect view. Going above the 3rd floor, you will get more street noice. La Jolla is definitely for the older, retired set but we wanted the quiet. The condo was okay…functional but not very ascetically pleasing. The balcony chairs are hard as rocks…we had to set up pillows from the couch to make it okay but still got back aches. A plug in bathroom was hanging out by wires! It took us 5 days to get a coffee pot which was pictured and listed in the amenities. They offer once a week cleaning which is okay but we were given ONE towel each. The second week they left a 3rd towel. You can order more cleaning at your cost. There is a telephone for local and USA calls which came in handy for my husbands few business things. You have to buy your own ‘everything’ for kitchen…paper towels, dish soap, sponge. You are given 2 small dish towels for the week. Lots of dishes and pans but all pretty cheap. We couldn’t get the oven to work. Worthless ice trays except one small one so we had to constantly make ice. I’m not positive I’d stay in this same condo but we want to come back to La Jolla de Mismayola!

Beautiful view and great location

The condo was just as depicted decor was very stylish and the view was amazing to wake up to every morning for 10 wonderful days. We ate at the restaurant onsite and it was lovely. The staff is so accommodating and Alexa was so sweet. The food was delish with a different themed menu daily for dinner. The full bar was a plus too! Excellent Margaritas!! We thoroughly enjoyed the lounges by the pool very relaxing and the view from the pool is so wonderful. We would highly recommend this condo and location for your next trip to Mexico!
