This very roomy two bedroom, well-appointed home is situated in the heart of the South Florida Gold Coast just 20 minutes from the beach and Hard Rock Casino, close to several major malls, golf courses and a limitless choice of great restaurants. Relax in the Tiki Hut bar with your favorite beverage after you have worked on your tan on one of the sun lounges and taken a dip in the sparkling pool. Throw some shrimp skewers on the gas grill and then dine poolside on the patio South Florida style.
The home has been remodeled with all the latest comforts including central air conditioning and new leather furniture. The large open kitchen features indirect lighting and new appliances and is open to the dining area that seats six. The family room opens to the pool deck and the sparkling, full size heated pool (heating optional at $20/day) and expansive deck area which is the ideal setting for family fun in the Florida sun. The Florida room is equipped with Big Screen HDTV and convertible, full-size sleeper/sofa as well as a work station for your laptop. The master bedroom has a queen bed with plush memory foam mattress, HDTV, vanity and ensuite full bath while the second bedroom suite is also queen size with memory foam. A roll-away twin bed as well as a pack 'n play and high chair are also available upon request at time of booking. Also secure free WIFI is included for the all important internet connection. The home is SUPER SANITIZED according to CDC standards before every arrival.

Family Vacation

Our stay was easy and fun. Having access to the private pool proved invaluable for our non-swimming children. Heating in the cooler months is a must! Communication with the owners was easy, quick and pleasant at all times. The welcome basket upon arrival was a special treat.

Amazing vacation house & pool.

This property was AMAZING. The house was very well equipped from beach towels & beach chairs to pots pans & dishes, comfortable beds & new appliances. Very well kept. The pool area is AWESOME. Heated pool, tiki bar area, floats & beautiful scenery. The owners are very easy to communicate with. Will definitely go back.
