Sehr gemischte Eindrücke!

Zuerst: das Appartement ist sauber, die Kochnische gut ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen; ich durfte 2 Stunden früher in die Wohnung, das war sehr angenehm! Insgesamt lass ich mir auch von negativen Eindrücken die Laune nicht vermiesen, aber es gibt doch eine arg lange Liste von "Ärgernissen", hier in ungeordneter Reihenfolge: 1.Wackelkontakt der "Küchen"beleuchtung, musste zeitweise mit Taschenlampe hantieren;2. Dunstabzug in Bad/WC und "Küche" ist funktionell inexistent, eine davor gehaltene Kerzenflamme zeigte keinerlei Flackern durch Luftbewegung ! Lüften also über den Schlaf/Wohnbereich oder das Fenster im Gemeinschaftsflur, beides unschön.3. Fehlende Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit wurde vor 3 Jahren schon angemahnt; kein Riesenaufwand dunklere Vorhänge zu montieren statt der zusammengestückelten weiss-/gelben Kombi, die nicht mal die ganze Fensterfront abdeckt. Praktisch alle anderen Wohnungen auf der Gebäudeseite (Süden) verfügen übrigens sowohl über Rollos wie auch Markisen, hier: Fehlanzeige! 4. Die "Küche" hat keine Tür, ist also keine "separate Küche", sondern eine Kochnische. 5. Ein Klappwäscheständer wurde auch schon mehrfach vermisst..6. Die Falttüre zw. Flur (WC, Kochnische) und Schlaf-/Wohnbereich lässt sich nicht schliessen, es bleibt ein breiter Spalt, der jedwede Gerüche durchlässt. 7. Ein Ordner mit Infos fehlt; z.B. zur Mülltrennung findet sich nichts, die "frischesten" Touriprospekte sind von 2021 8. Preis-/Leistung unter diesen Umständen insgesamt negativ.

appartement super , super bien placé et très bien entretenu . Et tout sur place avec la piscine, le sauna et la boulangerie à 1 mn à pieds de l ' appartement. Merci aux propriétaires. On reviendra.
