New house with 4 large bedrooms, all with air conditioning (SPLIT), 3 bedrooms on the upper floor:
- 1 Private Suite with 1 Double Box Bed + 1 Single Box Suite;
- 2 Bedrooms with American suite with (ensuite bathroom with private door) - 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, and 1 dormitory with 02 single beds + 02 auxiliary beds (Bicamas).

On the ground floor:
- 1 Suite with 1 Bed Box Couple

The social area of the ground floor has a toilet, American style kitchen, dining table, TV room, barbecue and laundry room with washing machine ..

Ótima casa

Casa muito boa, quartos de bom tamanho e a piscina é uma delícia. A localização é bem próxima da praia e fo comércio. Anfitrião atencioso e sempre solícito.

Ótima opção no Litoral Norte

A localização é ótima. Bem perto do comércio de Camburi com acesso fácil para supermercado e para praia. As ruas são com bloquetes, sem risco de lama. O condomínio é ótimo: bonito, bem cuidado. Possui piscina grande, a água estava bem quente no verão. Possui um playground pequeno, mas tudo funcionando. A casa é muito bem cuidada, a limpeza é bem caprichada, te entregam até com lençol de cama e travesseiros, tudo sem cheiro. Veio com galão de água cheinho, ar condicionado funciona bem, tem muitos utensílios domésticos e muitos itens de praia, inclusive prancha e brinquedos de areia para crianças. Estávamos em grupo grande: 7 adultos e 2 crianças e sobrou conforto. Recomendo muito!

Imóvel ótimo

Muito boa casa, fotos são bem precisas. Tem Wifi sim !! Todos os quartos com ar condicionado, sala com ventilador. Cozinha tem o essencial e tudo funciona bem. Localização: 10 min a pé da praia, se for levar muita coisa ou se tiver crianças pequenas pode ser inconveniente, no meu caso não foi problema pois cadeiras e guarda sol uso das barracas e filhos são adolescentes. Ambiente do condomínio gostoso, tem um "quiosque" na frente da casa que é gostoso comer ali ou mesmo ficar depois da praia. Dono da casa muito atencioso !!

Hospedagem perfeita

A casa é mais bonita e maior do que nas fotos. Área em comum do condomínio é muito agradável e bem cuidada (linda jardinagem). Ótima localização (perto da praia e restaurantes). Casa limpinha, com ótimos utensílios e roupas de cama. Quando chegamos estava um cheirinho ótimo de cravo e canela. Proprietário muito solícito. Pretendemos voltar...

Tranquilidade

Uma ótima experiência, Td oq foi anunciado foi cumprido, casa muito confortável, condomínio agradável, próximo à praia, a casa já conta com cadeiras e guarda sol caixa termina Td que vc precisa para ir à praia. Luciano cara sempre a disposição, o marcos (caseiro) sempre por perto tbm caso seja necessário ( não precisamos de nenhum suporte) estadia tranquila e confortável. As praias de camburi e camburinho são muitos tranquilão água morna local ideia para família índio corta as duas praia com uma água doce muito boa tbm. É muito próximo para ir em várias praia da região juquehy, Maresias, baleia, una. Vale muita apena
