Whether you’re planning a family vacation or just want to get away to enjoy the famous Florida sunshine, this villa in Calabay Parc offers you the flexibility of renting a fully furnished, family friendly home just minutes away from all the activities that bring vacationers to the greater Orlando area.
Enjoy all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, stove, numerous small appliances, utensils, cookware and dishes to serve 12.
Plastic dishes are also available for serving food and beverages around the pool area.

New full sized washer and dryer January 2022;
Well stocked linen closet with plenty of towels and linens.

Enjoy viewing your favourite programs and movies (Blu ray) on the large flat screen TV in the family room or the sitting area. There are additional flat screen TVs in the 2 master bedrooms as well as the 3rd & 4th bedrooms

Our strict no-pets and no-smoking policy provide you the worry-free comfort of a spotless and allergy-free home upon your arrival.

The extended pool deck allows for all day sun or relaxing in the shade. The Villa roof extends from the building to shade the entry from the 2 master bedrooms as well as the main patio doors .
Shrubs and tropical plants form a screen to provide privacy from neighbouring Villas.

•Sleeps 8 comfortably in the 4 bedrooms.

•2 Master Suites with a private entrance to a sheltered area of the pool deck. Both Master Suites have ensuite bathrooms.

* 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 2 twin beds with a conveniently located bathroom between them.

Great Villa!

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful, the villa was very clean, homely and exactly as described. Having the heated pool was great at end of day after getting in from the Parks. The villa was also in a great position for the Parks. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

This is our sixth time hiring a villa around HWY 27 in Orlando, had a great two weeks, villa was very comfortable, no issues, all info clear and available, only observation not a negative could do with a new pool table, however this did not detract from a great holiday.

Would not recommend!!

We read the reviews regarding how clean the property was and decided to book it. The villa was clean and we had everything we needed. However, the toilets and showers had thick black mold. It was particularly bad around the rim of the toilets and it was really thick on the master suite shower door. We decided not to make a fuss and bought a bleach cleaner and with a bit of hard scrubbing it removed some of the black marks. We had a problem with the Air Con which stopped working. The property manager was very good and got it fixed right away. At the end of the holiday we put in a load of towels, emptied dishwasher and stripped beds. I sent an email when we arrived home asking when our deposit was being refunded. Rose responded saying that they were in talks with the management company regarding extra cleaning costs. The cleaner had taken an extra hour to clean the toilets and do the laundry. I was really annoyed as the cleaner certainly never cleaned the toilets thoroughly before we arrived and surely we weren't supposed to do the sheets.While I was waiting on response to my email, Rose sent a further email regarding the Air Con. She stated that the Air Con was only 2 years old and no one else had any trouble with it. It would freeze if any windows or doors were left open, but said she didn’t think this was the case with us, however, she hoped her fuel bill wouldn’t be higher for next month. I was deeply offended and furious at this remark as we used the aircon as advised and even turned it off when we were out. I replied and then I got a message from Joel. He stated that Rose didn’t mean to offend me and that the Air Con breaking down was due to debris getting into the unit. If they both knew this was due to debris why did Rose mention this.I’m still waiting on a response to this question. I will never return to this villa or recommend it. We had a great holiday and this overshadowed everything. I started to dread looking at my emails wondering what was coming next and if we would get our deposit back. Rose definitely needs to work on her people skills regarding remarks on Air Con. I was really surprised at their attitude as all the previous reviews were so positive.

Very Good Clean Villa with all amenities Home from Home will visit again

First time in USA good experience ,even in Hurricane Urma we were lucky with it being 350 ft above sea level we didn't get flooded or the electricity didn't go off .Fuel shortage didn't stop us from sight seeing plenty to see and do all good .

Our family visited Orlando for the first time in 2011 and we fell in love with the area. We hope to eventually make this our annual winter destination. Growing up in Canada, we were incredibly appreciative of the winter weather in Florida.

The floor plan of the Villa allows quick easy access to all areas of the house.
This villa itself is conveniently located minutes away from the Interstate 4 and US I92 on U27. This prime location offers quick easy access to all the World famous Disney attractions including all the major theme parks.
Golfers will be delighted with the proximity of over 30 of the best golf courses in the area including a 5 minute drive to the top rated Southern Dunes golf course.
Shoppers will have easy access to premium shopping outlets, flea markets, and Orlando's largest mall.
If Orlando shopping doesn't suit you, LakeLand is a short drive down the Interstate.
Feeling a little more adventurous? Kennedy Space Centre, LegoLand and Busch Gardens are all less than an hour drive.
Sports fans can enjoy watching the Orlando Majic or venture down to Tampa Bay to watch the Devil Rays or the Lightening.
