The apartment is so close to everything that you can come back for an afternoon break before heading out for dinner. Let’s appreciate for a while the tranquility of the garden terrace, with a glass of wine and some fine music.

The large living room, with wooden floor and wooden beams, comprises a dining space, and a sitting area with direct access to the terrace. The leather sofa converts to an excellent quality bed. The living room is equipped with 42” LCD TV with cable, very-high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and books on Paris, French literature, French cuisine…
The open-plan and fully-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a complete supply of cookware, contemporary dishes, cutlery and glassware. All you need is here.

The 690 Sq Ft terrace, in addition to the many trees and plants, has a dining area for 4 guests, and a sitting area with sofa and armchairs.

The quiet master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and spacious closet with mirrors.

Perfect Location

First and foremost, the host for this property is excellent. Aurelien helped us with all our queries throughout our stay and provides guests with plenty of information. The apartment is perfectly situated for both sight seeing and having gourmet experiences. It is beautifully situated on the Seine and very near to Notre Dame. The apartment has a lovely outside area too, unusual in downtown Paris. Also well eqipped. Only two small improvements to mention. We found the bedroom very small and during Winter if the heating could be put on in advance it would make for a more welcoming start to the stay. Other than that, it is a fabulous apartment with a great host. Thank you Aurelien.

A great apartment in a perfect location! It was lovely to have the terrace to sit out on and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The bedroom was small, but we managed & the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. Overall, a great place to stay!

A Magical place

This was our third stay at Aurelien’s beautiful apartment. The location is superb. You can walk out the door and have everything you need at your fingertips; restaurants, grocers, patisserie, metro, the Seine, not to mention Norte Dame, St Chapelle and much much more. The terrace is quite unbelievable. We stayed in July during one of the hottest heatwaves ever. Man did we enjoy that terrace. The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. Aurelien is the best host I have ever encountered. We are dreaming of the time we can return to Paris again and stay at Norte Dame Terrace

Ideal location, very comfortable, well equipped apartment with patio

The location of this apartment is just a stroll away from Notre Dame Cathedral, surrounded by many cafes & restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with the added benefit of a shaded patio to relax after a busy day exploring Paris. The bedroom is quite small but adequate. We would return here when we next visit Paris without hesitation, we loved it.

Excellent apartment with a fantastic terrace in a great location

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It is in a quiet street but only a one minute walk from the river, so even though we were in the heart of a busy tourist area (Notre Dame) we felt relaxed immediately we entered the apartment.The highlight is the large terrace which is exactly as shown in the picture - perfect for relaxing and eating outside. The owner was very helpful and told us all we needed to know in advance. Would highly recommend and would happily use again next time we come to Paris.

We love the heart of Paris, where we have lived for 18 years. And during your stay you may well bump into us at the bakery or by the playground in front of Notre-Dame.

Why they chose this property

We came to Paris as students 18 years ago, and never left the Latin Quarter since.
We have lived in this apartment for 13 years, we built a family here.
When our twins are born three years ago we had to move. But we would not leave the area, and our home is 5' away.
That also means we will (almost) always be here if you need some help, or tips.

What makes this property unique

We love this place, we entirely renovated it over the years, made it extremely functional, while keeping its charm.
